I must start with an apology as I did a review on these letters a few days ago that was in error. I used them today and discovered that I had them upside down. : (. I thought the rough like plastic side was the right side but discovered that that was the iron on side. The soft velvety side was on the back when on the card so soon realized this was the right side. They iron on very well and look great! The velvet is very soft, short so doesn't brush off, and looks super. Thank you and I hope whoever reads my first review on these letters will also read this one for the correction. : )

Took a few tries to get the right setting with my iron but worked out perfectly

The letters are smaller than I had imagined in my head, but the right size for the listing. The packaged letters were sent to me in an Amazon envelope, but they FOLDED the set to get them to fit, so every page had a row of letters that were bent and don't want to lay flat. I suppose they will still work when ironed, but it is very hard to get them to lay flat to line up.The only other real issue I have is there is ONLY ONE LETTER "I" PER PAGE!!! That is not helpful when you are making something for a granddaughter that has 3 I's in her name, and mine is GIGI!! It took every single I that was in the package, so now I have a ton of other letters, but not one "I".You do get a lot of other letters, but you really need to consider what you want to say before ordering. If you live in Illinois, you've used up 1/2 the "I's" just with your state!UPDATE: OK. I'm stupid. Found several other "I's" on each page. Good thing as I messed up my first try and had to do it again. There are enough letters to say pretty much anything you want. I apologize.

Make sure you expect the size before ordering!

I needed this to label my sons beanies for school and it worked out perfectly. After a few months with the cold weather, it has started to lift up. But that’s to be expected especially since it doesn’t stretch with the beanie. Overall I’m happy with this purchase

I was hesitant to use iron on as I’ve never done it before, but I watched a few videos and once I started the application was super easy and fast! These letters are great quality and perfect size! I will definitely be ordering more for other occasions!

The letters are a necessity to compose my essential message on back of my unique snap-back hatapplication.
