Will this work on a TD-30 rack?

It should easily fit. The design allows it to be fixed on almost almost racks across brands. I am using it on a Roland rack.

Package dimension is 33.5 inches in length but whats the actual length of the product?

It’s adjustable like acoustic cymbal stands. I don’t know what the maximum length is, but it’s definitely fine for any setup you’d like to do with your electronic drums. Very solid and well made, also. A bit pricy, but an excellent product.

Is this stand compatible with the cy-5 cymbals from the td-4kp model. i’m looking for something that will raise my hi hat pad.

I’m inclined to believe so as not much differs regarding the stand/clamp components between those models. Not entirely sure but I’d put a strong bet on it. Good luck.

Is this what i need to add a roland cy-13r electric drum ride v-cymbal, 13-inch to roland td-17kv-s v-compact electronic dum set?

Should work however not sure if the compact version has space to mount to frame.
