Great tool for forehand, two-handed backhand and serving!
I used this to help remind my boys (10 yo and 12 yo) on the proper swing and "whip" effect before moving back over to their racquets. It is a bit on the heavy side, especially for my 10 yo. The added weight does have the added benefit in giving the feel of the "whip" effect that he is trying to replicate in his regular strokes.

No knocks follow the noise
I like that ideal of timing practice. Helps to get the connection needed with footwork, positioning and racket placement. Then do it over and over with feedback. I used a similar tool in baseball that was a great aid in making me a great hitter.

Did not work properly for me. My tennis pro said send it back. Better alternatives on the market.
