For the price, I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is good quality and doesn't look cheap. Looks great on our deck over looking the water. The legs do come in two pieces and it doesn't stand on its own, but we secured it to the railing of the deck. Now when the real Egrets are not out, I can enjoy my Regal Art Egret.UPDATE: 3 years later and my metal bird is still amazing. Out in the blazing sun, furry wind, rain and all elements and still looks good. No rust or wear, unless you count the spiders that love to make their webs on it. It is still in great shape which makes it well worth the money spent! Still enjoying it every chance I get.

After thinning out the forest of bamboo in my patio, I "discovered" the remains of my old fountain and decided it should hold the crowning touch to my patio garden. First I considered a structure of bricks with LED candles, then I decided on a bird statue of some kind, especially a white bird....and I could not believe it when I found this Regal egret!! It is just the right size, made of weather-proof metal, and glows beautifully at night in the spotlight I have on it. It has totally transformed my garden and I just love gazing at it. Thank you, Regal Art & Gift!!!

I've purchased several of these Regal statues for my wrap around garden in Florida and am extremely happy with the artistry and quality. They are heavy and solid and very well made. They come with mounting brackets to help keep them anchored in the ground. But, in Florida sandy soil, you'll need to anchor them more securely to prevent tipping in high winds. I used a piece of 10" rebar hammered into the ground and then zip tied one of the legs to the rebar. It worked great and you can't tell that the leg is secured to the rebar. Very happy with the purchase

Nice size, good looking, well made, paint looks great.Only issue, it started showing signs of rust in several spots, its only been outside for two weeks and it's only rained once. Not real happy about that.

I love it. Well, the second one I do. lol They sent me one, and I had just awakened from my day's sleep ( I work at night) so I went to the door, found the package, and brought it inside. Went and made coffee, then opened the box it came in. I looked at it and wondered why it was so small. Went and poured my coffee, and stepped back, "wait, something is wrong." so I looked at it again, and realized it was a bird with no legs. lmao!! Yes, no legs. So I got on the computer and went to Amazon and told them I got a faulty item, and they sent me another one right away, and the second one came in within two days. This one has legs. Wow! lol Its big, its beautiful, it fits in my garden. It comes in two separate parts, the top half and the legs. They fit together nicely. They even give you a big stake to hold it in the ground. I love my bird. My bird has legs. lol

I thought it was time to change the theme in my gardens from Gnomes to something new.Since I live on the water, Cranes seemed a perfect choice. I bought a blue/gray one and this white one.I am extremely pleased with the purchase. The look is perfect, the birds are large enough to see above the shrubs and I got an unexpected bonus.I have deer that visit and have totally destroyed my rose bushes. The cranes have been guarding my gardens for 3 months now and the deer have not touched my plants!Don't know why, but I'll take it.

Nice looking bird, but not well made. The piece to hold the legs on came broken. Not welded well. I don't think it would withstand the wind we get here either. Sent it back.
