UPDATE 8/30/2021: Seller refunded me in full for the resistor I purchased just 11 months ago. Price has gone up since them but I placed another order with same Seller. Part arrived today. I installed, and part is working perfectly. Customer Service was EXTREMELY SWIFT! Upgraded score back up to 5 STARS! Thank you!UPDATE 8/26/2021: The part lasted only 11 months. Big chunk cracked off (see my photo dated 8.28.2021). The original Dodge OEM resistor lasted 14 years. I was thrilled when I installed this last September, it did work perfectly until recently (you can read my original review down below). I figured there was no way my new resistor was the culprit, and I actually started researching blower motors. None the less, I decided to start by checking how well this new resistor was holding up and low and behold when I removed the two screws and gently lowered it, I saw this big chunk out of it. Also, it "looks like" the inside was hollow and filled with ceramic beads; I don't believe the OEM part was like this; I think it was solid. I have the old OEM resistor around somewhere, so I am going to crack it open and see what is inside. In the mean time, I had to place another order to get one delivered quickly, but at the same time contacted the Seller to request a refund for the one purchased last year. If the Seller honors my request, I will update my review. The first two undated photos were taken late September 2020, showing my old OEM resistor, and the new resistor purchased from this Seller. The third photo shows the resistor purchased from this Seller 11 months later.My A/C would intermittently kick on and off. Due to Dealer prices wanting thousands of dollars to make simple repairs, I Googled my A/C issue, watched a couple of YouTube videos, and figured it was worth a try since this Part was so reasonable priced. My photos show how worn down the old one was, and I found a crack too. It was soooo simple; just take out two Phillips screws, unplg (plug & play), plug in the new one and screw in! There is no need to disconnect the battery or anything! I've had wonderful A/C ever since! With all of my Amazon credits, I ended up paying zero for this purchase! AWESOME!!!!! See my photos!!

Installed in Dodge Ram 1500 2004 my. Perfect fit. Easy to install. Priced right. Fixed interior fan problem. Prior to this, blower only worked on high. Now, all settings work.

This part looks exactly like the OEM AC/Delco part. Installed easily, and works perfectly after install. Only time will tell how long it lasts for about half the price of OEM. Figured it was worth a shot, as my last AC/Delco only lasted a year and a half before I started losing speeds.Update: Eight months later and ALL blower speeds still function properly.Update 2: On 7/28/21 I lost the lowest speed on my fan, but all of the other four still work fine.

Purchased 2 other blower motor resistors here on Amazon that both failed within 30 days. Then I found this one. Save yourself the trouble and buy this one first. The build quality is much better than the others I previously purchased. Have had installed for 2 months now and all is well. Highly recommend!

Great buy for your money, working good so far on my 2001 dodge truck

Easy install for my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. On initial installation, i had an issue where one of the fan speeds wasn't working. Make sure you clean the contacts on the connector from your vehicle if this happens. Push the connector on and pull it off a few times to clean the contacts. All speeds worked after that.... So far so good.
