If you will put too much in the smoothie, it may taste a bit bitter. Otherwise quite a great replacement for taste without sweets.

this powder tastes sooo good with coffee!! (particularly espresso with pumpkin spice powder, steamed oatmilk, and agave) i tried this after using vanilla bean paste and wanting more bang for my buck. i like it but wouldn’t purchase it again due to the artificial taste. the ingredients list “natural vanilla flavor” but it doesn’t taste natural at all to me lol. reminds me of Ghirardelli white mocha powder without the dairy and insane artificial ingredient list tho sooo

Love this product. I will never go back to using a liquid again. I find it is easy to mix into your flour mixture and it blends nicely. The flavor is wonderful.

I was looking for a vanilla powder to make a dipping sauce and I came across this. Of course there’s the Cook’s brand but this seemed like a great alternative. It ships prime and was readily available. As I tasted my sauce I thought for certain my taste buds were off. So finally I tried the powder by itself and let me tell you, this powder is deadly to taste. It comes off with a faint taste of vanilla, not a strong vanilla taste at all and then the horrible chemical taste kick in. It’s like when you smell toxic cleaning products but that’s the taste in your mouth. There is no way this is vanilla and other natural ingredients. I rarely have an issue with things I purchase on Amazon but this by far has been the worse product I’ve ordered. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Definitely great for baking

This vanilla powder really amps up the flavor of anything you want very "vanilly"...ex. homemade ice cream. And you can add it to dry ingredients if you're making up dry mixes for pancakes, muffins, etc.

I bought his vanilla powder to give my coffee more flavor instead of using the high sugar syrups. There isn't much flavor to the powder and you have to use too much to get the right amount of vanilla flavor in your coffee. This might be better for baking or for someone that likes a slight hint of vanilla flavor.
