This is big enough for me! And, it is heavy. I would only suggest for an infirm person if there was someone to help. I drape mine over my lounger and pull it down to sore part of my back. Even 20 minutes of low heat does the trick for my back. It pulls moisture out of the air so that warm, moist heat really helps. I hope this helps you.
