Button malfunction

This was great...until after about 2hrs use the + button stopped working meaning the volume is low and it will no longer skip forward a track. Returned for refund, no replacement offered so I guess I'll have to try another make...

Great Product. Great Support. thanks - I bought two of these!

I have purchased 2 of these but one had a problem with the power button. The seller quickly replaced it without issue. I use them almost every day to play my audio books but they play MP3 music audios really well. I personally think they are great value and their support is brilliant. highly recommended.
