Instructions aren’t very clear but we were able to look up how to install it online. It was a little harder than I expected to get it put in the window, but I’m very glad I bought it. Once it was in it made installing the new air conditioner a breeze. Super sturdy and helps keep the ac from rattling. Definitely recommend.

I’m not handy so I had someone else install it. Installation seemed fairly easy (for him) and the brackets provided the proper support and balance needed for the 3 window air cons. Seems built for durability. Construction/material of the brackets seemed solid. Arrived quickly and with no damage to items. There was a level built in with the brackets to ensure it was properly positioned. Only thing is, the screws the brackets came with were not the right ones for concrete window ledges. Good thing our friend had screws meant for drilling into concrete. Aside from that minor issue, the price was very reasonable without compromising quality! Happy with my purchase!

I consider my self European handyman.But it took me 2 hours of work.It's not easy to install. The arm didn't fir as it should. Had to make the holes on it bigger.And it's not steady at all.But gives some support.

Installed one last week, I still have two to go. It was very easy to install and feels solid. That AC unit isn't going anywhere.

Used for brand new a/c for son's room upstairs. Easy to install. Seems very sturdy.
