Very Effective!
I have tried a number of lip balms as I get cracked lips during drastic weather changes. This is the least expensive and the most effective among all of them!

Horrible plastic smell... Not how it used to be.
I used biotique products a lot and I really liked this lip balm... But this was years ago.. The product had a plastic smell to it and made my lips feel sticky and not hydrated... Disappointed.
