1/4 Inch Shank Pattern Flush Trim Router Bit Set (4 Sizes)

moderately reliable for small or cheap projects.
these will work well for small projects, but I wouldn't trust them for anything high end or expensive. one of the screws holding the bearing in place came off in the middle of routing causing the bit to wobble and took a huge chunk out of the guitar I was working on. I've only used these with a palm router, so your mileage may vary if you have a full size router.

Good product and price
So far I’ve used two of the four bits. I found that Thor collet that holds the bearing in place had a loose Allen screw and the collet became loose causing the bearing to fall during usage. I checked all four bits and I found that they all needed their collet Allen screws tightened. It’s not a issue with the quality of the the product and more operator double checking their equipment prior to operating the tool. Just a heads up. Good tool, cut wood and particle board very well.

Carbide edges chipped
"Meihejia 1/4 Inch Shank Pattern Flush Trim Router Bit Set (4 Sizes)"3 were not terrible. The 1/2 length had chipped cutting edges. Kinda what I expected, it is a $5 router bit after all. Bought these for a small one time use on a soft wood project (cedar railing) After a little dressing with a diamond file it should work for a few feet before it smokes.

Not built to last
Used these to eyeball some mortises for a workbench. For each bit, the collar holding the bearings in place quickly lost its hod and would fall off between uses. Overall, these accomplished the task I bought them for but I will have to purchase new router bits for future projects.

Effective Top Bearing Trim Bits
If you trim different thicknesses of material you may find different length of bits useful. This set has 1/4 inch shanks and fit nicely into a palm router. The bits have carbide cutting edges and slice cleanly through veneers and laminates without burning or tear out. They are also inexpensive if you need to replace one.

Lawsuit waiting to happen
What the f. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Lawsuit waiting to happen. This thing bent and destroyed by router, not to mention the wood that I have been working on. The bit bent after 1 min of use and came flying off. Glad that it didn't hit me. Did mentioned is destroyed my router.

I needed a flush trim bit with the bearing on the bottom
I needed a flush trim bit with the bearing on the bottom for a project. All of the ones I have the bearing on the other end. It worked quite well for me going through 3/4 inch plywood. I have only used one of the set so far, but I'm sure I will get use of the rest at one time or another. They come in their own plastic containers, so they don't get nicked up. For the price, this is a good deal.

Good for the price.
These aren’t the best, but for the money, they will get you through plenty of projects. I was able to build 2 tables and 8 guitar bodies before on of the bearings blew up. A good little pack of tool if you’re just starting out in routing and don’t want to spend a ton of money.

I don’t trust this product
As soon as the bit hit the wood it blew up and cut my arm. In 28 years of woodworking I have never had that happen. Maybe it was just a faulty bit but I will not trust this product anymore.
