Our top selling E-Series slip-on jazz shoe needs no introduction. The neoprene arch hugs feet to when pointing and flexing to avoid bunching. More prime features include moisture absorbent lining to keep dry and a padded insole for extra support. Highly recommended for all ages and levels. Dance with assurance in the E-Series. Review: Quality Shoe, Size Up - I typically wear a size 8.5 in shoes, but after reading some of the other reviews, I decided to order a size up (9.5). I think they fit good. Although, I am able to slide a finger in the back, so I do wonder if they would’ve fit better if I ordered a 9, but I do worry they would’ve been more on the tighter side then, which can make my big toe hurt. So maybe the 9.5 is the best compromise for me. I have a slim foot (like the overall height of my foot is slim), so my foot can sometimes feel like it’s swimming in a shoe (top to bottom, not front to back). While this shoe doesn’t perfectly conform to my foot, it does have a nice shape and allows for movement. I ordered the lightest color, which worked for me (shade 17.5N in Sephora Best Skin Ever foundation in their old shade range). Overall, I think this is a great shoe. You can feel the quality of the material and stitching. I’m hoping these will last me several years. I’ll try posting an update if they start to fall apart sooner than expected. Review: Great shoes, but be careful on sizing - Needed these shoes for an adult jazz dance class and these are perfect. Be careful with the sizing here. After reading reviews, I sized up one size and they fit perfectly. I wear an 8 street shoe and sized up to a 9. However, I do have a very narrow foot--if you don't have a narrow foot I would definitely size up 1.5. These shoes need to be tight, but not uncomfortable, and they do stretch a bit with use.

Great shoes, but be careful on sizing
Needed these shoes for an adult jazz dance class and these are perfect. Be careful with the sizing here. After reading reviews, I sized up one size and they fit perfectly. Sizing
Ordered 1/2 size up from my street shoe and they are quite tight. should've ordered a whole size larger. Very good shoe for dance practice. Even though they are tight and squeeze my foot when I first put them on, they are still very comfortable to dance in for aa couple of hours. I can only war a nylon sock though.

Fit like a glove and very comfortable
My shoes arrived today and they fit like a glove! I just wanted to update y'all because reading through the reviews on Amazon was giving me a headache. Between people saying they were a perfect fit and that they run up to two sizes too small. My takeaway from sifting through the reviews and product information was that you should buy the size you usually wear, unless perhaps your big toe is longer than your second toe, in which case, order a half size bigger. They will start tight and stretch with wear. I ordered in my usual size and I'm happy with the length. They look tiny when you take them out of the box, but they are stretchy. My toes are a little snug in the front, but going by what other people (and the company) say, they do stretch more with time. My big toe is a little shorter than my second toe and I can see why it might be a problem if it weren't because the top of the shoe is quite round. I'm really glad I ordered the wide (for my wide feet), because they are pretty tight across the instep. So, anyway. These are so comfortable, and light, and give a nice balance between security/grip and slipperiness for spins. Looking forward to trying them out next week! I will update this review if they wind up not living up to my expectations on the stage floor.

Amazing shoe!!! My go to jazz shoe.
My favorite leather jazz shoe. I have had mine for over 8 years and they still work and look amazing! Great for turning and stay on the foot while dancing. I recommend this shoe for my dancers now. The fit is perfect once you figure out the conversion if you have a wider foot I would recommend W. It is a very supportive shoe for all dancers or actors The quality is worth the money..

Great jazz dance shoe!
I ordered my regular shoe size 8 because it was suggested, without paying attention to the reviews. They were tight and short, so I returned them. Then ordered 8.5 Wide and they are perfect. Can’t wait to wear them for my class this week. They are soft and the size now is right. So I recommend go up a half size and if your feet are medium width, go with the Wide option.

Dance jazz shoes
Ordered size 9 as that is what my daughter normally wears. These run way small. They look to be more like a 6

Size way small
I ordered a half size up from my usual per the recommendations in the comments. (I wear 9 typically, and can sometimes do an 8.5...i ordered a 9.5). The shoe is STILL small, potentially still a full size. I wore the shoe anyways thinking the shoe would stretch with use. Not enough. My big toe was suffering by the end of a one hour rehearsal and at this point it's not eligible for return because i wore it. The shoes are already showing wear/tear, not just at the toe, but the area in the top of the shoe. However, in addition to the size being off, which i could have exchanged before wearing if i'd had the patience and ordered in time for my needs (I'll take the fault there), there was also something off about the assembly of the shoe and there was a misaligned seam inside the shoe that continuously rubs on the pad of my pinky toe ball of the foot on the seam. I can't see anything visible to cut/amend on my own. Looks like these will be my shoes for outdoor shows where i don't want to ruin whatever pair i end up ordering instead. Capezio is usually great quality- guessing i just got a bummer pair.

Well-made, a bit small for my feet
I have been taking Ukrainian dance classes since the end of October 2019. I needed jazz shoes, so we tried Kijiji. Those ended up being too small, and when I tried to stretch them with water, the insole fell out on the heel of one. I needed jazz shoes, and after researching, these seemed like a pretty good option. I'm about a size 9 street, so I took Capezio's advice and I got a size 9 wide. I have pretty wide feet and, honestly, these caused strain on the shoe and pain when I wore them for the first while. However, the lace up ones had a big gap between my ankle area and the shoe, which made them feel loose around the heel. I don't think I'll be buying those ones again. Most sources I've seen say that after a few wears, these shoes will be stretched. I've had mine for two months tomorrow, and one of the shoes still isn't stretched enough to be completely comfortable. I take a 1 hour class weekly and I often practice at home. I don't know why, but the left one is really well stretched. The right one is still a bit tight. I think it might be because I often use my left foot for turns. On another note, the sizing was pretty accurate. I might go half a size up next time (if I buy them again, and frankly, I probably will because I love these shoes.) for optimum comfort, but I don't know. The elastic is holding up really well, and the bottoms aren't too worn out yet, so these could last me for a while. The shoes have a nice build and are pretty comfortable to wear once they're stretched to your foot. I love these shoes even if the leather is a bit tight (For now! They'll stretch eventually!). I would definitely recommend them! Also, because they're slip-on, you can just slide them on, so really convenient.

Comfortable, but not long lasting
Very comfortable- but a year an a half later (using for 1 hour and a 1/2 per week). The bottom is starting to detach.
