Classic Choco, tasty meal replacement, THIS IS FOOD drink, 30 g of protein, 26 vitamins and mineral (12 x 500ml)

This is the best meal replacement shake I have tried. I went for the taster pack initially and have settled on Chocolate and Banana as the ones I buy weekly. Flavour preference comes down to personal choice. I like the flavour, consistency and the fact that they don’t taste chalky, like other brands. As a result my weight has become easier to manage, which is the whole point.

Very tasty when you want to skip a meal

Tasty creamy drink! This really helps me with my AFRID when I have a bad day this is a safe food for me to drink. Since I've been drinking this my skin feels and looks a lot better. It is very filling and is quick a thick drink to help line your stomach and keep it full. It smells chocolatey and tastes chocolatey! Overall a top quality drink!

This stuff was good at first but more and more of them in this box were off instead of running out it was totally congealed atleat 4 smelt terrible were that bad i had to throw then away ,and at the price they are i was very unhappy

These taste amazing, like a thick chocolate milkshake, way nicer than any other brands. However I’m giving them 4 stars because I have had a number of these arrive either with the lid slightly open and leaking, or with the lid still fully sealed yet the drink has tasted sour like it’s gone off! It’s happened when I’ve bought them from other shops too, so it’s not an Amazon specific issue, but it’s quite off putting not knowing whether that first sip is going to taste gone off or not!

In einer 1-Sterne Rezi steht, das Zeug wäre so dickflüssig wie Pudding. Was hat er/ sie damit gemacht? Also es ist nicht so flüssig wie Wasser aber keinesfalls so dickflüssig wie Pudding lol Es hat mich im ersten Moment aber auch an Schokoladenpudding vom Geschmack her erinnert, aber es ist absolut trinkbar, als hätte man einen 200ml Schokopudding mit 400ml Milch verrührt. UND: es sättigt. Ich bin eine echt faule Esserin ... morgens nix, mittags nix und abends, wenn endlich ruhe ist, dann koche ich. Das kann dann schon mal weit nach Mitternacht sein. Ich bin dann Tagsüber geschlaucht :/ Gesund ist etwas anderes. Aber ich bin einfach echt zu beschäftigt um mir morgens etwas zu machen, vor allem wenn man durcharbeitet, ständig das Telefon klingelt oder einfach nicht hinterher kommt. Tja ich dachte ich fange mal wieder mit Shakes an um den Stoffwechsel anzukurbeln. Über Insta habe ich dann die Werbung gesehen - bei Schokolade kann ich halt nicht nein sagen :D Heute hatte ich zwei Shakes, einen Vormittags, einen Nachmittags. Also MIR schmeckts und ich war deutlich wacher - ist natürlich klar, weil der Magen was zu tun bekommen hat. Ich denke für Zwischendurch ist es echt eine gute Alternative. Es schmeckt, es stillt auch den Heißhunger auf süßes und Schokolade und sättigt. Vanille habe ich auch noch bestellt. Ach so: Ich würde es auch gerne zum abnehmen benutzen. Trotz Sport und überwiegend gesunder Ernährung (Klar gibts auch mal Süßes und Co) geht einfach nix, darum hoffe ich mal, dass jetzt was purzeln wird, wenn ich meinem Körper morgens einfach schon etwas zu tun gebe. Für Kochfaule, gestresste Leute die gerne süßes im Mund haben auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Jeder sollte es mal ausprobiert haben, da man es einfach mal schmecken muss. Wie gut das ich nicht auf den mit der 1Sterne Rezi gehört habe ... So können Meinungen auseinander gehen.

Geschmack und Konsistenz hervorragend vor allem gegenüber anderen Anbietern ähnlicher Produkte. Von den Nährwerten und Inhaltsstoffen her sehr ergiebig und man wird auch von einer Portion gut satt, wenn man bedenkt, dass eine YFood Flasche 500kcal enthält und damit eine Mahlzeit ersetzen soll. Ich glaube die Stärke des Produktes liegt nicht zwangsläufig darin seine Mahlzeiten vollständig auf YFood umzustellen, sondern eben einen guten Ersatz zu bieten, wenn man mal keine Zeit hat sich irgendetwas zu kochen oder gar auch nur zur Fastfoodbude nebenan es nicht schaffen sollte. Kann für solche Anlässe YFood nur wärmstens empfehlen. Habe Schoko ausprobiert und hat mir gut gefallen.

Ich habe alle Sorten von YFood probiert und kann sagen, dass Alle gut und natürlich schmecken. Eine super Idee von den Gründern. Dies ist mal ein Nahrungsersatz, der wirklich sättigt. Oft bekommt man nach solchen Shakes nach relativ kurzer Zeit schon wieder Hunger. Jedoch nicht bei diesem Produkt. Ich bin zwar eine kleine Person (1,66m) aber mich macht eine Flasche (500ml) echt pappsatt. Das Sättigungsgefühl hielt auch mehrere Stunden an. Mittags getrunken und ich hatte erst Abends wieder Hunger. Auch war mein Heißhunger deutlich geringer, teils sogar gar nicht vorhanden. Das Getränk ist sehr dickflüssig, aber trotzdem angenehm zu trinken. Vorher einfach richtig gut schütteln. Ich habe eine zeitlang fast täglich YFood statt normalen Mittagessen zu mir genommen, weils einfach lecker ist und praktisch (mehr Zeit in der Pause für andere Dinge). Aber irgendwann bekommt man ein "Pappmaul" davon und der Geschmack bleibt ewig auf der Zunge. Werde es jetzt wirklich nur noch nutzen, wenn ich mal wenig Zeit habe in der Pause. Trotzdem kann ich es wirklich Jedem empfehlen.
