Looks like it does in the picture. You have some sorry people that may have one that looks like this and wanted to replace it with this beauty because they are just not good people. And send back some junk they bought and kept the actual one. Or maybe they actually got that all blue one. Who knows I figured I’d send it back if it wasn’t actually what is described and I was happy it was exactly as described. It’s a very nice piece and I’m glad I didn’t trust the reviewers photos.

Beautiful inexpensive trinket box
For the price, this is a beautifully designed and painted trinket box. The internal dimensions, allowing for the cover being on, are 1 1/4" deep and 3 1/16" in diameter. It is sadly just a tiny bit too small for my intended purpose. I have not decided if I will return it or keep it anyway--or gift it, as it is a nice box and neatly packaged.
