Review: My new favorite pan - Yep, 5 stars, not perfect of course but if the point is to reward for great design and performance this is a 5. The morning I ordered this pan, I made a cheesecake using my cheap old springform pan. When I went to transfer it to the oven the bottom fell out. Ok, I know, but we all have stupid moments. The reason it fell out was because it couldn't clap tightly because it was just that much out of round. I made a cheesecake today and it was wonderful: larger better made clamp, thicker metal, and easy plating. I didn't know I needed that feature but it's a dream. It's weird looking but it's definitely "where have you been all my life" type of product

Easy to lift out of the hot oven because of it’s lip, no weird tight corner to scrub free of stuck batter, and the lip catcher any seeping liquids like butter from cake pan making it easy to clean both the pan and the oven. Worth the cost.
