Better than granola, really -- both in health and in taste/texture. You'll never switch back after trying this.
The best tasting crunchy cereal I can find on the market that also gives you a LOT of protein, and also high fiber. I'm trying to keep down absorption of sugars when I eat carbohydrates, and the way to do that is with proteins, fats, and fiber. Of the three, obviously the best way to do it is with fiber, and second best is protein. The fat content should be low, and it's very low in this cereal, and you can get it from 1 or 2 percent milk. The only alternative is an all-bran type of product, and with those, you get the crunch, but you also get the cardboard-effect in flavor. You don't have that problem with the GoLean Crunch by Kashi. It tastes to me as good as any granola out there. You can add the raisins and nuts if you want, but to me there is no need. This cereal stands up to milk or yogurt and remains crunchy.I use it as a dessert with a bit of REAL Maple Syrup drizzled over it -- that's much better for me than the high-sugar and high-fat alternatives.Another way to use it is to spoon it over a nice low-sugar and low-fat yogurt. It takes the place of the granola you might otherwise use and it's so much better given its fiber and protein content (instead of sugar). If you are used to eating regular granola, and you want to switch to this, give yourself about 1 box to get used to the very slight differences. Frankly, I now find regular granola way too sweet, and GoLean Crunch seems just right in taste. You end up feeling sated after eating it because all the protein in it makes you feel full. That's a better effect than regular (sugary) granola, which can cause you to be hungry again quickly.

This is GO Lean Crunch NOT GO Crunch
While the picture and title say GO Crunch, you actually receive GO Lean Crunch, THEY ARE DIFFERENT. While I like it, but experience confirms that of my favorite comedian who did an entire podcast episode on the gas attack, pain and fear it caused her. The issue apparently goes back at least 10 years. And even the website apparently says you should “work your way up.” If you actually go to the store and get “GO Crunch” you will not have stomach problems. “GO Lean Crunch” is the culprit. I used to eat GO Lean Crunch all the time 8 years ago, when it was seemingly less potent, and because Runner’s World recommended it as a great source of protein. If you are having a lot of stomach issues, I would suggest going to the store and getting the actual “GO Crunch” and not ordering from this Seller since you will receive “GO Lean Crunch.”

Healthy And Filling, If A Little Rabbit-Food-y
I share an apartment with two other college-aged guys. Kashi is really expensive in the grocery stores nearby, so we get monthly subscribe-and-save deliveries of the following:Kashi GOLEAN Cereal, 14.1-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, Honey Almond Flax, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)Kashi GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)Kashi Heart To Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, 12.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)We save quite a bit of money this way, and we always have a stock available. I eat it for breakfast every morning and often for a snack as well - it really is tasty and filling, has lots of healthy protein and fiber, and doesn't leave you feeling sugar-shocked like kid's cereals overloaded with high fructose corn syrup and cane sugar. I rotate between the five cereals listed above to keep things interesting.Kashi's generic GOLEAN is at my upper limit for granola-y rabbit-food-ness - some days I'm totally up for it while other days I'd rather have something else. It has very little sweetness to speak of, so it's great for adding a bit of dried or fresh fruit and/or honey to, or eating with soymilk (which is often sweetened with cane sugar and has the same amount of sugar as milk, but tastes sweeter than cow's milk because the sugar is sucrose instead of lactose). Kids used to Chocolate-Frosted Sugar Bombs probably won't be into it, so you might want to buy a single box at the store before going in on a six-pack on Amazon.

Tasty!
I use this cereal as a healthier, high protein base for granola. The peanut butter is my favorite. It is also good as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal, icecream, etc.

Best Cereal EVER
This cereal has been mine and my husbands go to cereal for months now. We buy it in bulk from Amazon because we can't get enough of it. Craving peanut butter? This settles your craving? Want some chocolate? Same! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a protein packed breakfast.

Good but getting too expensive
It's gotten outrageously expensive everywhere so I've been trying cheaper options. I bought some protein powder here and I've been adding it to the other cereals.Every once in a while Go Lean is on sale at different grocery stores (even Whole Foods) and that's when I stock up.Something that always bothered me about Go Lean is that 1 box only contains 6 servings. I think it should contain a full week's worth.

Too much waste !
I don't know if it's poor packaging or rough transportation but no matter where I purchase Kashi productsit seems that a third of the weight is crumbled and somewhat useless.......Its a shame as it makes the fine cereal a very expensive purchase.
