hello ,,,,this is lonnie ,,,i bought this item and it worked great for a while ,,,,then all sudden it stoped pumping air ,,,,it made a load noise from inside ,,,i took it apart and found then cam arn etc ,had came loose and fell off the shaft to the motor ,,,notice phillpe screw had came loose ,,,i replaced everthing and now it works ok ,,,,,just trying to save someone a repair cost ,,,thanks ,,,may suggest it to dealer ,,,,thank you

I loved this jack as it lifted by Ram 2500 Diesel without any problems. I had a failure after 3 uses of the jack and was disappointed about that. The jack was bought in July of last year and I didn't know if it was still under warranty. I contacted their customer service, and they were very responsive. They provided instructions on several things to try to resolve the jack failure. When none of the things they suggested corrected the problem, they sent me a brand new one.

Pressing the start button allows the jack to raise the vehicle automatically. The whole process is so smooth and fast that it takes only a few minutes to lift a car, which greatly improves work efficiency. It makes me no longer feel helpless when encountering these situations. It's very convenient to keep in the car as a backup or to use at home.

Powerful lift and handy impact wrench, but slow operation and struggles on uneven ground. Feels less durable than expected for heavy-duty use

I have used this product it is useless, first of all it takes forever to start pumping the jack to lift the car and after then the lug nut opener has no power to open the lug nuts. I end up using my regular lug nut opener to uninstall my wheel from my Toyota Highlander 2021. I won’t recommend for who has a suv I don’t know about small cars, it might work on them. I lost all my money on that product. Rest it’s all up to you guys whether u wanna buy this product or not. Because jack also got broken while lifting the car, yes one thing I must say the box in which it came you can use it for some other things.

This jack did a nice job easily lifting my 3/4 ton GMC diesel rear tire for demonstration purposes. The torque wrench did remove two of the lug nuts I tried after about 5 hits each but they did come off. Overall, happy with this electric jack and torque wrench.

This kit is a must, especially if your better half has to change a tire. This jack is very safe and sturdy. The lug wrench is the kicker. No more crossbar. Just push the button and off come the lugs, put it back together. DONE. P.S. Guys don't forget to put a pad or thick towl so as to not dirty cloths. CURTIS
