Awesome.
I recently bought a TON of ice pop molds to make homemade pops for my son (and for my husband and me) after getting fed up with all of the artificial colorants and HFCS in store bought pops. My son is 8 and likes a wide variety of foods for a kid his age. We've tried 5 of the pops so far and he's loved them all, even the cucumber lime mint pop. My personal favorite is the chai tea pop! Love this book.

Lots of good recipes
This is a very nice book of recipes for all kinds of pops. Recipes that you can use as is or use for ideas and adjust with ingredients you like or have on hand. Beautiful pictures. Ideas of different containers besides standard ice pop makers. Best thing is it is on my tablet and I can prop it up on the kitchen counter. So convenient. I am new to the whole Kindle thing so this is very exciting.

Delicious, Easy Recipes
I got a lot of great ideas from "Ice Pops." I found that even the recipes that didn't work for me as is (e.g. I don't like soy milk) could be modified for different ingredients without changing the flavors. I even combined a couple recipes for different flavor profiles. I made a bunch for my Memorial Day picnic and they were a hit!

At least the kids are happy...
I ran across this at a local chain discount book store and did not purchase on Amazon. Frankly, you could get most of this with a quick google search. It's super basic stuff. If that's all you're looking for, then stick to the internet unless you really like a book in hand. For the basics this will keep you pretty happy. My kids really like the root beer float recipe (It's a meh for me. The custard is pretty good, but the root beer forms shards and loses it's flavor). If you want really good ice pops, find recipes that add some sort of liquid sugar (simple syrup, honey, agave, maple syrup, corn syrup, etc) to each batch to give it that slightly soft texture, or consider trying to swap out some or all of the regular sugar in these recipes with a liquid sugar. So far the kids and I have tried several recipes and the spawn have given them all rave reviews, but I've got issues with flavors getting lost after freezing and the texture being off. So if you're just looking for straightforward ice pop recipes that will be generally well received and you prefer to have a book instead of depending on internet searches, this will work. If texture and a fuller flavors are important to you, keep looking. The recipes are too basic for ultimate ice pop design.
