Can you buy liners for this tray

Sorry, I don’t know if there are liners for this specific tray size. But I did buy some some super absorbent gel liners whereby I had to use two each time. Gets a bit expensive and I’m not sure good for the environment, so I now use some paper with wood pellets that degrade when wet and absorb. I can put both in my compost bin. I should say my two rabbits use this tray and I have two trays to make daily cleaning easy. Great trays and I hope this helps you!

Would this tray be better for my cat. She is blind and has bad legs?

The low entry part is still 5 inches high, so depends what your cat is like with stepping over things that high. another alternative might be a potting tray for gardeners, which has the high back and sides, but no lip/edge at the front, so your cat didn't need to step over anything to get to the litter. You'd have to be prepared for some litter to be kicked out of this though. Hope your cat isn't in pain with her bad legs.

What are the height and width at base of the tray (I want to fit it inside an outer enclosure)?

Cat Litter Tray..... Wide, is 11 inches, by 16 inches long but the tray does not come straight up from the base, it is shaped outwards, so the top of the tray measures 15 inches wide, length nearly 20 inches. Gjving an Extra 4 inches length and width, that is to make room for the cats body inside tray You can buy on Amazon special mats that are designed to catch spare litter coming over the top...I find with my vigorous litter covering puss it only really spills out a little from the front, where it is shaped to be lower, for easy access, so as not to be too high to jump in and out of.. The lowered front entry gap 4.75" H 8.5" W approx. Thats where litter spills at times. Measurements of the side of the tray, straight up from the floor, is 8 inches, so even with a decent amount of litter in, which my cat likes best, the sides are of a good enough height to keep all the litter in. Sorry for Measurements only in inches, I cannot get it right if I faff about with cm & mm, I went to school with imperial. Lol Hope this helps... I do only purchas clumping and dust free litter, this I find helps keep down any mess.

Is this big enough for adult cats

It should be, but my cat still tends to miss (think its more her than the tray). One word of warning, don't grab the thin piece of plastic where the opening is with one hand when you've got litter in there, it will break. please don't ask how I know!
