Converse Unisex-Child Infants' Chuck Taylor All Star Low Top Slip on Sneaker

I have a three year old and he pretty much wears Chucks, Vans, or Toms. Chucks run the largest, about half a size larger then Vans. These by far hold up the best though. He is your stereotypical run of the mill boy - always kicking rocks, playing in the dirt, running around like a mad man and these shoes are the best because he cannot destroy them. He wears his day in and day out and they don't seem to wear out. We also love how easy they are to slip on and off with the Velcro down the side. If I try to put shoes with laces on him now I get a firm "No! I want these ones!". They are also a little wider which is great for those of us with babes that have cute chubby feet.

Worked out perfectly. I was a little worried because the size said big boy 8 on the product detail page, but after reading the Q&As on the page I saw that that may have been an error and they’d actually come as an 8 toddler. I was more than pleased to find that they were actually what I needed and I wouldn’t have to return them. He loves them. The velcro makes them easy to get on especially on the run, but they’re not super evident like straps are. Great price, quality is just like I expect from converse all star chuck taylors. I’m expecting they’ll last until he grows out of them and then some (just like his previous ones).

Glad I read the other reviews that these run a little big and ordered the smaller of the two because they do run about a half size big. I was also worried about the Velcro coming undone on these if my son was running in them but the Velcro is pretty heavy duty and this has not been an issue at all. The only issue we’ve had with them is if my son is wearing lower cut socks, they gave him a blister both by his ankle and in the back. Now I just make sure he’s wearing a bit of a higher sock. Overall I’d recommend them. They’re adorable

Great shoe - it basically runs a full size larger than advertised for toddler sizing. Our 4 year old son is a 10, and we've bought about 5 different pairs of shoes that fit perfectly, including a nice pair of Puma's at the same time as we bought these. With these if I push his feet all the way forward I can fit two fingers between his heel and the back of the shoe...the long way. The good news is, he'll eventually fit into them, so the money isn't wasted - but it would've been nice to have them fit for this school season.

These are the cutest shoes! I love the easy Velcro opening that doesn’t LOOK like Velcro. My son can easily get them on and off independently, which he loves, but can be problematic if he is out and about and decides that he’d prefer to be barefoot.

I'd recommend wearing socks with them the first few times, but otherwise they are so adorable and my daughter says they're very comfortable. She tends to fall asleep in them when she usually kicks off her shoes asap, so I think these are a winner. And honestly, a toddler in Converse is one of the cutest things ever.

We love these shoes for our toddler. He's had them in every size since he started walking. The size 8 were just starting to rub on his big toe so we ordered the 9s - they are HUGE! Kind of bummed we'll have to find something else for him to wear until he can grow into these.
