LightInTheBox Dimmable LED Crystal Ceiling Light Flush Mount 4 Ring Lighting Fixture Chandeliers Lamp

I purchase this item on August 7,2019 and did not get it installed until almost a month later, come to find out that the remote control does not work and now I cannot talk to anyone in this company. Not happy at all about this. I do not recommend this light to anyone it looks nice but the remote control is very sheep quality.

Product looks cheap and was extremly difficult to install. The light will not go flush to my ceiling; to get it even close my installer had to tighten it such that it bends, so the base isn't flat. Have not had this issue with other lights on the same ceiling area. Will probably replace this with something else in the near term future and put this in a closet.

Was a bit difficult to install in a standard house and some modifications had to be done with the plate but once installed it was a very beautiful piece

Light did not work at all. I ordered other ones, it was no problem. Remote didnt work .
