Is this safe for an adult who cannot swim?

I wouldn’t recommend anything of this nature without the ability to swim! You do require a life jacket but I still wouldn’t risk it

What size do i need im 15 stone chest size 104cm

I bought the XXL one. I'm 93kg 43" chest so about the same size as you. The XXL is a little loose on me but room for extra layers underneath for the colder days and not to tight to use my double paddle on my kayak, room to rotate.
