This foundation does what it said. It really covers well! I saw the ad for it on youtube first. It looked liked it works amazingly as it covered tattoos, scars, acnes, or any other marks that you could think of. I was really skeptical until I gave it a try. It does work! Maybe not as perfectly as it claimed to be, but still by far the best coverage in all foundation I have used.My skin has been acne prone at least 2 years. I have a lot of acne scars and red marks on my face. They look horrible when I am bare-faced. I have tried many other foundations that claimed to have "high coverage", but no surprises they simply does not work. My acne scars still look gray-brownish even after foundation. When I used this foundation, however, I can cover up most of the acne scars and acnes with about two thin layers of foundation. I say most because I can still see those acnes and acne scars, but certainly they look much better under this foundation. After concealer and settling powder though, my face would look like as if I've gotten a skin transplant! It's amazing!Now, this product does have its cons. I have really oily skin. This foundation generally stay on all day, however, my skin would get super shiny after about 6 hours. Probably because of the oiliness, the foundation would appear like a really thick layer on skin. I would then need to either redo the makeup, or use settling powder to save it.Overall, however, this product is great. Works as it claimed!

There has apparently been repackaging since the last time I purchased this product, as the container is now clear instead of white. I think the formula may also be slightly different because I found the application MUCH easier than with my first jar. (not as "solid", softened much easier) I purchased this because I needed something a teeny bit darker than what I had. Just like I said in my Quick Fix review, my skin looks much lighter to the observer than it really is (red hair, freckles), and if I use Fair, Ivory, Light, etc, I look like a ghost so I moved down to a real "medium" in beige. I like Dermablend for a number of reasons: it was originally formulated for scar coverage, so the coverage you get is going to be better than just about any other foundation; despite this, it doesn't look caked on if applied correctly; and there are LOTS of shades to choose from. Because it covers scars very well, it also works just as well for uneven skin colors, blemishes, freckles, and just about any other "imperfection" you may have, again without looking cakey. The foundation is also waterproof so it stays put, and it blends in very nicely so that you can feather the coverage out (no lines at the chin and jaw). I probably would not recommend this for someone with oily skin, because of the fact that it is waterproof (which means it's probably not water based) but I would check with the manufacturer to be sure. It works perfectly for my "mature" skin which is very dry.

This is my favorite make up and I have been using it for years. It is completely waterproof and sunscreen protection. I have never had a sunburned face after an entire day at the beach wearing this make up. I have many spots and discolorations on my face and this make up covers all of them. It is buildable. The setting powder is a must when using this makeup however or it will transfer and smear. The setting powder gives it the airbrushed look I like. Every time I try another makeup, I go back to this.

I was introduced to Dermablend from my Father, over 30 YEARS AGO, to cover a tattoo which it did very well. For me? I have dark bruises and age spots on my arms from taking blood thinners. Stays put, up to 2 days if I don't shower. Also, it doesn't rub off on clothing. If the color doesn't match your skin tone EXACTLY, they will replace it until it's right. My color is perfect, dark bruises, invisible. Best product I have ever found. A bit pricey but my previous jar lasted 4 years.

Back in the 80s, I used Merle Norman foundation which had 15SPF. Then I useed Physicians Formula for a while which had15SPF. Then they were discontinued it. I've been using Dermablend cover cream foundation for 10 years now. It's the best I've ever used, it's got 30SPF. I don't leave the house without putting it on. It also covers all imperfections. Love it. Update: getting a Little concerned. I went to order my shade on Amazon a few days ago in a lot of shades say they are out of stock. Hope I will still be able to puchase this great product. In my opinion, there isn't any replacement for it.

I’ve known about Dermablend products for quite a while but I have been using Estée Lauder camouflage make up for at least 25 years! I actually bought this on a whim. Thought what the heck. My whim paid off. I can’t believe the coverage.and the color match was even better than Estée Lauder! I actually took before and after pictures I was so impressed. I guess I’ll post if I’m asked 😬. With age (60 yrs old) the broken blood vessels in my face have worsened so I totally need full coverage.I just used my regular make up brush. No need to warm before applying. I want to try Dermablends setting powder, if they make one. I haven’t checked. Trying to use up what I have accumulated last few months. So definitely 5 stars. Yes. I recommend for full coverage needs but probably won’t be much help with individual color questionsAnd as usual, amazon delivered perfectly and earlier than expected!

This is a good product if you are looking for nice all over coverage, as in a foundation. As for covering serious scars, acne scars or dark circles this product is not so good. I mean you do get minimal coverage but it does not cover flaws as the website portrays and it does not last all day, this is a product you need to reapply throughout the day. Also, this product reminds me of costume make-up, very thick and I feel like I have so much make-up on when wearing it. I was just expecting more from all the hype on their website.

A ne pas confondre avec le DermaBlend de Vichy qui n'est pas mal, mais ne possède pas la faculté de tout masquer.Avec DermaBlend Pro, mes taches de pigmentation ne se voient plus du tout sans effet masque. Mettre une bonne crème hydratante avantcar le produit déssèche un peu la peau. Je n'utilise pas la poudre du même nom, car je trouve que le produit tient trèsbien sans, de plus il ne colle pas, et ne brille pas. Un must pour les femmes complexées par des défauts de carnation.Livré avec une petite spatule car ce fond de teint a une texture compacte de stick. On en met trés peu, du coup le prix est largementamorti par la durée de ce fond de teint.

I have been using this now for years - it helps hide all blemishes, spots, scars - if you struggle with your skin and finding something to cover your acne without it going flakey or making pimples worse/emphasises then this really is the best.. all you need is a good setting powder and you're set for the day! A must have in my makeup bag!

This was recommended by a friend for covering rosacea, which it does very well. Doesn't melt off during the day, has a very natural look.
