I've been on the Smart for life cookie diet for 2 weeks now. It's perfect for me as I love cookies. I get to eat 6 a day with a nice cup of coffee. Then in the evening a have a satisfying meal and i always save one cookie for after dinner. All the flavors are delicious, but I especially like the chocolate chip, the banana chocolate chip, and the oatmeal raisin. I want to wait a month before weighing myself, but I can already button my jeans, while I was unable to do so before. This diet is the best of many diets I've tried. Who can object to having 6 cookies a day????

The packaging is old and it tastes different. Very disappointed 😞

The chocolate chip cookie is the best I have tried of these. I like these peanut butter cookies just fine as well. Worth the purchase. These keep you Fuller longer just drinking an 8 oz glass of water along with this and you won't feel hungry

This is one of the regular chocolate cookies with a coating over the top. The topping doesn't add that much flavor enjoyment and creates a mess while eating it. You get the "chocolate" coating all over your fingers. These are also incredibly dry and crumbly. After two of them, I totally regretted the purchase. Will just stick with the original or not buy them anymore.

The first shipments were acceptable with moist consistency and good flavor. The most recent shipment was very dry and lacked and detectable peanut butter flavor. They are ridiculously expensive relative to the inconsistent quality. There is no option for a refund or replacement for this item.So far the chocolate flavor smart for life cookies have been more reliable.

These cookies are delicious and easy to use as a meal replacement. Individually packaged and so they are easy to bring along. I have been using these and the six pack of cookies for the last few months and have lost over 20 pounds replacing my daytime meals and eating dinner.

So, on their own they're a little dry, but when you eat one with a glass of almond milk they're super tasty and satisfy hunger/cravings

I've used Smart For Life in the past several times. Each purchase contained 6 cookies in each pack to complete a day of the diet. It works for me when I've become less than careful with my eating. Imagine how excited I was to find a 36 pack (6 cookies each as had been my experience) at this price. Well, a pack is now a single cookie, instead of 6. I am disappointed to say the least. sigh. "If something looks too good to be true..."The seller promptly addressed my issue, and for that, I am truly grateful. Great customer service is certainly worth another star.
