Hepo Pond Heater Floating for Koi Fish Pond Winter Anti Ice 150w / 300w / 600w (300w)

Used in an outside water tank along with a smart switch/thermometer and stopped my drinking water freezing across the winter.

I brought this a year or so ago and it still works. The pond heater been in use every day and does its job. Heat wise the pond has never frozen over (500L pond) and the fish do not sit at the bottom of the pond in the winter, so they must be happy with it too. :)

Cleared the ice on my pond in a day. Fish loved it. Unfortunately had to return as kept tripping my house sockets. Great service otherwise.

Element does not heat

This heater is great value! its cheap to use and when the water is just above tepid, it switches off.I did lose some of last years babies when it got really cold but luckily none since buying this.It doesn't over heat the pond.

Fish seems to like it and are hanging near it. Doesn't make much of an overall difference to temperature and I've got a smaller pond with 600w but it's only meant to take edge off I guess.Reason for lower star rating, no way is that cable 5m so now I've got to get a waterproof extension lead. In reality is about 3m.

Easy to slip the floatation collars around and more than enough cable to plug into our external electric supply.
