I’ve been using this product for a few months now and I live it! I was worried about the velcro hold but I’ve had NO issues. It is a little bigger (length wise) than I expected, I should’ve sized down. But I love that it covers my entire abdomen, literally my hips to my bra! It does shift a little bit but only after I’ve been sweating a ton.

This item does make your midsection sweat but it is a bit flimsy if you have a belly that protrudes out a lot. I would say that I wish it fit a bit tighter but nevertheless I'd say it is an overall good product and does what is advertised, make your stomach area sweat!

Performs as advertised

I love the wide belt (which is why I bought it) but it lost a bit of its strength after a few weeks of use. It fits fine but I wish it felt tighter around my abdomen like it did when I first wore it. Now I use it under my waist trainer.
