TK Manufacturing has the most versatile extra wide, light weight and very durable aluminum supply carts. We start with an Aluminum welded (not assembled) frame that has been powder coated with scratch resistant epoxy light grey finish. This finish will also help protect our cart from harsh chemicals. There are four slide out plastic drawers that have removable dividers to separate your stuff. The plastic drawers will slide all the out for easy cleaning and refilling. The bottom 2 drawers are 60 deep (20"W x 15"L), the next Two up are both 50 deep (20"W x 15"L) and the removable top Two trays are 3.50 deep (9"W x 15"L each). The push bar on the back of the cart allows for easy wheeling down the hall, across the thresholds and even across the parking lot. The 50 HD casters are silent while traveling down the hall at 3:00 am. The Two swivel casters in the front and Two fixed casters in the rear make for easy effortless transportation. Per a customers request we added an easy to operate with on hand, locking rod in the front. This locking rod holds all the drawers in place while going down a ramp and also can be locked for storage. The only assemble required is to mount the casters on the bottom with a 7/160 socket or wrench. We will include instructions, unique serial number, warranty statement and made in the USA labeling.
