Q: the growing instructions for this seems to be very complicated can you simplify this

Hard to explain over message. I would suggest you watch some videos on the internet about orchid seed propagation. I seeded mine under very sanitary conditions. I only have about 12 still growing. By there appearance they do not look like orchid seedlings but I am monitoring them. Also orchid seeds are typically very small so I am not convinced that the seeds are true. I am waiting to see what grows.

Q: I see a lot of negative comments about this product, so i'm a little scared of getting it. are those real orchids? would i get my money back if not?

I do not know if you would get your money back. Mine have grown beautifully. Some died along the way but most pulled through.

Q: Does it come with growing instructions?

Very limited instructions. I went online and looked them up.

Q: How far north will these survive (zone 5 or zone 6)?

It says Zone 5, but I haven't planted yet as it is too cold. Waiting for April/May.
