As someone who has struggled with my digestive track and using the restroom, this medication WORKS. I have tried just about everything and this is the only thing that has consistently worked for me. Just as instructed in the bottle I take 2 capsules before bed with a full cup/ bottle of water. When I wake up in the morning I am able to go. Be warned though, this will completely clear out your system and you’ll need to go to the bathroom often. This wasn’t an issue for me and I have been taking the capsules for approximately 5 days already and have seen great results. I am able to use the bathroom regularly, have significantly less bloating and stomach pain. 10/10!!

I took 2 capsules one night, and by noon the next day I was running like flash to get to the bathroom. I felt immediate relief...no more bloated stomach. My tummy is flat, and I feel comfortable now. I only did this for one day because I cannot take pooping involuntarily lol. Think about it as if you're vomiting, and you're at the end and keep heaving...yeah!! I was like there's nothing left inside, and my body, stomach, intestines, and rectum was like uh uh we're going to get every and anything out no matter what! I'm gifting this to someone else because I feel like I worked for and I only needed one day! Good luck to those of you who complete this journey. I bowed out lol!!

Ok so I read the reviews before I bought this product. I was very impressed but I was a little concerned because on some reviews it said that it gives you bad pains in your stomach so with that being said, I decided to ease my way in when taking this product Because the pills are caplets I decided open the capsule and put half of the capsule in side of a half bottle of water I didn’t feel much results… so I took the other half of the capsule, about two or three hours later. The next morning boy I was going I was so amazed because I did not know I was so full of it!! so because I want so much I figure later that night I will take the whole capsule that’s when I got pains in my stomach, but so much came out after that this was on day 2 so I did not take anymore. I am on day three now and I am still going so if you’re wondering, do it work? Oh yes, it works!!!! P.S Please drink plenty of water with it.

Ok guys got the pills may 19 took them at 4 pm may 20 started working 11:50 is PM few mins ago. Disclaimer I will have to come back with an update. But I want you all to know the cramping is not fun maybe it will get better as the days go back during this detox but right now I'm rocking back ad forth(don't know if it helps lol) but I am doing it. It is working pretty slow but I that I have been back up for some time [tmi]. So I am looking forward to see how much it will help me. I read some of the review and I have come to the conclusion it affect everyone different because some people reviews sound like rainbows ad sunshine . Nah not over here the cramps are cramping and I drink 2 liter of water thinking that would help way before taking them( no one told me to do that I just figure since we'll nevermind. So I'll be back in 14 days guys Update it helped alot I don't take it 15 days stright but on a as need based once you get pass three days the pain stops

I can tell that these pills do work. However it made me have explosive diarrhoea like about 3 times today. It will be discomforting. These are like a laxative so I highly recommend only taking one pill. I probably wouldn’t buy again tbh. They’re working but they’re uncomfortable Update: I had to be rushed to the er on Friday. I only took two pills on Wednesday and my stomach pain just wouldn’t go away. I threw these pills out and regretted wasting my money. I am on a fitness weight loss journey and decided to try these. I wanted to exercise but just couldn’t do it. These pills made me feel very sick. So I don’t recommend these pills because I almost killed myself just so that I can have a flat belly.
