Aitoh Assorted Foil Origami Paper, 5.875 by 5.875-Inch, 36-Pack

This is an excellent origami paper for those who already have some experience with folding and want to experiment with new styles of paper. The foiled paper changes the origami experience due to creasing very firmly and staying exactly where it is folded to be. Not recommended for origami models that require a lot of flexibility in the paper, as the foil is better at holding a crease than it is at stretching. If you want a fun project, use this foiled paper to make origami ornaments to decorate a holiday tree -- the designs hold their shape well and are very shiny.

This is excellent quality, vibrant foil origami paper. Loved all of the colors! We used this to make colorful foil snowflakes over Christmas vacation.

Thin enough for intricate origami. Folds very well but you have to be careful not to over work it.

Nice paper. Shiny, thickish, one-sided for easy folding. Some colors there weren't enough of - like red, and others there were too many of - like yellow. Not sure if there's an uneven mix in all the packages or if that's the way it's meant to be. Colors didn't crack when I folded it, so that's good. I can't really complain too much, because it served my purposes. And it's shiny. Mmmmm, shiny.

I did not actually buy this origami paper for origami, although I have made a couple of cranes with it. I actually bought it to use with embossing folders for card making. It is gorgeous when embossed! I use my Sizzix machine and dies with this paper and every design has come out just beautifully. The color selection is lovely as well.

I have used the product on a variety of craft projects and have always been pleased with the outcome.

I've purchased this before from Michael's, but when I couldn't find any on their website I looked here and was excited to find the exact brand and type I wanted. I used these sheets to do some five intersecting tetrahedras since I find the way this paper's creases hold so well to be the best for that kind of project. Colors are great, plenty of sheets, no creases upon arrival. Very satisfied!

I really wanted to like this paper and it's not bad by any means but it was a little hard for me to work with. I stored it in a Daniel's House Paper Case Box #4006 and the paper curled up so much that I had to place a paper weight in the case to level it down. Besides that, it makes for really crisp folds and the foil doesn't crack. The colors are beautiful and vibrant.
