Hand's down - it's impressive!!
Update 10/1/2020Eufy, if you are reading this, there is only one flaw with your machine, but it falls into the 10% of "I'm not giving up the 90% of what I like best about your machine. The drawback is the overall height and its where the lidar pops out, it's just a little too high for some buffet tables and dressers with a scalloped bottom. Eufy finds its way in, but has trouble finding it's way out. The rest is great! Hope more are in stock soon, going to send one to mom.Update: 10/17/2020So far I've tried most of the 360 line of robots and RoboRocks. What I've learned is this: The 260, roborock and eufy all share many of the same parts, but they are worlds apart.Eufy continues to stand out as the best and here's why. I ran the 360 on my first floor which is 100% hardwoods with a few throw rugs. The 360 had taken the longest and picked up very little (we have 3 mini daschunds), the robot rock did it's thing and picked up little. Now you are probably thinking "wait a minute, why would you expect the 2nd vacuum to pick up anything?" Well, i'll tell you that after I ran the eufy last, it completely filled up the bin as it does every day I run it and I was actually quite surprised as well and yes, all bins were checked before the robos did their thing.Eufy has the best suction, the best cord to put in an outlet with another appliance. The 360 used a universal plug and placed the plug in for your country, but it had taken up too much of the outlet to be useable.Software: 360 and RoboRock used basically the same software with different names and they were both pretty bad. Eufy has a robust software and it easily connects to the network. Both Robo and 360 failed and probably why they receive only 3 starts on the app store. I also returned the i7+ iRobot because it ran like an old clunker and it was very loud. All 3 machines including eufy, 360, and roborock are all very quite.Who's the bestPositive review.Height - with the laser this is just over 4.02"iRobot i7 is 3.62"Why am I posted the height, now that I've had a chance to use the Eufy L7 for a bit, it seems that it's about 1/4" too tall for most furniture. We ordered both the i7 irobot and that will arrive later this week and I'm guessing it will work better with our scalloped bottom buffet cabinets and a few other things. The Eufy would sometimes have difficulty entering and leaving some furniture with scallops and one of our beds with frames. not a big deal and I will update later on how the irobot performs compared to Eufy.I'm going to leave my review short as others have already gone into the details. It's very quiet and as close to quiet as the new low decibel dishwashers.Provides extra suction when on carpets. When I saw this thing spinning and bumping into stuff, I wondered if I bought a lemon. Give it TIME to impress because it's learning and you'll know it.Also believed it was going to be stuck under scalloped bottom buffets and sofas - not a chance, it will fuss a bit just like all of us, but somehow it magically does a little spin and finds its way out.My only advise other than to give it time to learn is to probably pick up obstacles for the best clean, of course it's going to make it's way around obstacles, but it can't move them for us to clean underneath. The early fun is watching it learn and being impressed by what it does after the learning curve. My review is based on vacuuming and tonight I will run the mop.11/13/2020 Mopping was great. We have dogs so I found it's best to vacuum in the morning and "Vacuum Mop" at night. The unit can disable vacuuming while mopping, but I chose to use both. The app can be set for light, medium and heavy water flow for mopping and my first try was on low. There was enough water to clean about 1000 square feet of area. Square footage is less than the actual space because of normal obstacle like floor islands, cabinets, furniture, etc.Intervention - Our entire house is wall to wall hardwoods with tile in the bathrooms. The unit has a bit of trouble climbing from hardwood to tile over the threshold (it teeters), but it seems to be okay leaving. The 1/8 of an inch difference was the straw that broke the camels back. I wasn't too upset about it, it is a machine and there's an 80/20 rule to life. We can't have it all and the 20% really isn't an issue in the case of the robot. Nothing is perfect is how i feel and we are delighted by the 80% of what it does do.We are so happy with the Eufy L70 that I will be buying one for my mother.Yes, I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a robot vacuum.

Great Technology and Support
I bought this vacuum for my wife 6 months ago, and we've been using it ever since. It's awesome, and has saved us many hours of cleaning our floors since then. Our experience with it has been primarily positive, although there are a few things that I think could be made better about it, that I've listed in the cons. We have had one issue with the unit where the mop mode stopped working (the unit wasn't dispensing water onto the mopping pad). Eufy support was super responsive, and quickly sent us a new dust collector and water reservoir. That didn't solve the problem, so they replaced the unit for us. Excellent, responsive service. Our experience with the Eufy L70 Hybrid has been overwhelmingly expensive.Pros:* Strong suction cleans quite effectively. I appreciate the ability to set the suction power in schedules - we can run it on quieter settings at night so that it doesn't wake us up.* The device does a great job mapping the house. The app is quite good, and the ability to set boundaries is awesome. I wouldn't buy a robotic vacuum without this feature.* The battery lasts plenty long enough to clean the entirety of one level of our home (~1000 square feet) with about 50% battery left at the end.* Dust collector (bin) size is adequate. We have two kids and two cats, and the bin can easily go 3-4 days before it needs to be emptied.* This thing has saved us *so many* hours cleaning our house.* Sharing the device with other members of your house so that they can control it from their devices is easy and super useful.* Setup and firmware updates are both easyCons. All of these are super minor, mostly things that could be improved by software updates* If you move the robot and its charging station by hand, it may be unable to figure out where you put it and need to re-map your house. When this happens, it resets your no-go zones. A minor inconvenience that can be avoided by moving just the charging base, and then driving the robot to it using the manual controls in the app.* The water reservoir for mopping mode takes forever to dry. It would be better if the entire lid could be removed, allowing it to be wiped out as well as dry much faster.* The cleaning history takes a while to load (although realistically I've probably looked at it all of five times)* It would be nice to be able to set multiple "home" profiles and move the robot between them without it "forgetting" its map - i.e. to clean multiple levels of the same house. This could also resolve the forgetfulness issue I noted above.* It would be nice to be able to use a cleaning agent in the mopping water, even it only an agent sold by Eufy.

Wonderful while it lasted.
I have been a huge fan of Eufy/Anker products. This vacuum worked well until it didn’t. I purchased the vacuum July 2020 from Amazon. Setup went well and the vacuum learned our floor plan well. The app was easy to setup no-go areas and scheduling worked. We never used the mopping or Alexa functions so I cannot comment on these features. We have the robot set to run at night after we have gone to bed upstairs. Our problems began in June of this year when I could come downstairs and find the vacuum stopped in a random area sometimes in the middle of the room or in area where it could’ve been stuck. Since the unit had died I would pick the unit up and place on the charger to charge. Sometimes it would complete the job sometimes not. It has gotten progressively worse and now can run only 10 mins before the battery dies. App or vacuum does not give any errors just stops dead. Contacted support through email gave a complete description of issue and and there response, I’ll wait I’m sure you guess…..that’s right oh so “sorry it’s out of warranty.” Oh yea it sounds “like the battery is the issue but we don’t have any in stock for you to purchase. Thank you for contacting us.” I get it, it is out of warranty by 2 months however I expect a battery on a $400 vacuum to last longer than a year. Very disappointed in product and the company’s response. Buyer beware.
