Excellent product. We recently went on holiday to Sorrento in Italy and attended an Italian cooking course. We made ravioli and this is the flour our Italian chef recommended. Very please to find this available on Amazon on our return! We look forward to making more pasta!

Cracking for the ultimate roast potatoes
Does a great job of making my roast potatoes lovely and crisp. Just parboil, drain, leave to dry for a couple of minutes, dust them with this and shake the pan, then throw in a tray with hot oil... et voila. Perfect roasties.

Also, unsere Pizza (wir haben einen Holzofen) war DER ABSOLUT UNERREICHTE BURNER!!!! Knusprig, locker, lecker, immer wieder. Unsere Gäste waren total begeistert, und gleich mehrere haben uns gesagt, dass sie noch nie so eine leckere Pizza gegessen haben. Einzuger Wermutstropfen; der Teig zieht sich ziemlich stark zusammen, das ausrollen war anfangs etwas frustrierend, irgendwann hatte ich aber das Handling raus...
