Finally somebody thought of it AND made it happen!
I just got this system and I was a little hesitant, considering how inexpensive it is. I mean, come on! A wireless system AND an in-ear system, all in one, all digital, and for under 200 bucks? Is anybody from Shure, Sennheiser, AKG, Beyerdynamic etc. listening? Anyway, I was especially concerned regarding latency, and about how long a charge will last since I couldn't find the advertised AA battery pack anywhere. The first issue is none, there is no noticeable latency whatsoever. The second issue can easily be fixed by purchasing one of the superfluously available external battery charger packs that are available for cell phones and tablets. Depending on your wireless pouch on your guitar, you can expand the system with a 20,000 mAh battery which should last throughout even the longest gig. The system is incredibly compact and sounds great. I can imagine that the range of the system might become an issue if you play stadiums, but then you shouldn't be in the market for a $200 wireless (you're then probably endorsed by a company and get your sh*t for free, right?). Anyway, I will keep using the hell out of this system, in rehearsals, gigs, practicing; heck, I might even record through the thing. If it doesn't sound any worse than my best cables, why go through the hassle get all tangled up in wires. If my opinion changes, especially regarding longevity after I used it for a while, I will update this review. If you don't see an update, that means I'm still extremely happy with my purchase. I'm facing a six month contract abroad with 6 shows a week and 4 sets a night. Expect me to use that sucker every night. If you don't read anything from me within a year, assume that it has passed the road test.

but I wouldn't doubt it would work great. My only complaint is that I wish there ...
Works very well! I was excited and surprised how well these work with our in-ear monitoring system our musicians use. I have yet to try maybe a guitar or something else, but I wouldn't doubt it would work great. My only complaint is that I wish there was a little more battery life in them, but if our musician remembers to shut it off between gigs and remember to put them on the charger, it wouldn't be a problem, haha!

Poor QC, battery issues.
First one arrived with the Receiver battery dead. Charged it and it worked fine for a test of a few minutes. Put it away and the next morning the battery was dead again. Charged several times, it kept going dead when off. It just would not hold a charge. Transmitter unit was fine.Second unit- Transmitter would not charge. Red charge LED would come on, but then it would go off. Receiver charged fine. After a few hours of use, the Transmitter said low battery, and still would not take a charge like the receiver did.Other than obvious battery issues, I did like the device. Somewhat light-weight, and I'd be reluctant to put all my trust in it, but it was workable during rehearsal. Using it for IEMs, I did not have a problem adjusting to the slight delay. It did interact with my Line6 G30 unit when they were on my same hip (interference), but was fine when I moved it to my other hip.Amazon refused to send me a third unit, which is probably just as well. I'll end up having to buy a more expensive unit I think.

trumpet wireless in-ear monitor
Well, I play trumpet through the Voicelive 2 and off and on have trouble hearing the harmonies adequately for intonation control. I have tried several wired in-ear monitors and personal monitors and also headphones plugged directly into the VoiceLive headphone jack, like a tether / ball and chain that prevents head movement. I tried this unit at a gig last night for the first time, was never out of tune, free to roam, and had all the in-ear reverb and intonation I could eat as needed. Excellent, simple, wireless in-ear monitor for trumpet with all the cables one could need. We will see if it lasts very long....

Works well, but not for a full mix
I think this system would be ok if you are just monitoring one or two things (except maybe drums), but it can not handle a full monitor mix. Everything gets muddy, and it is very difficult to hear any single instrument or vocal. It has potential, but just not quite there.

infuriating
They regularly cut out and then I need to spend several seconds holding the power button to turn it off, then several seconds holding the power button to turn it back on again, and a couple of seconds before sound is back. This happens infuriatingly often, and the power button cannot be located by touch, you have to look at it. Also, the battery life is pathetic. On the plus side, they are lightweight and there isn't much static.

Works great, but battery life is a bit short.
Work great, but need to be charged fairly often (only use them about 3hrs at a time, but need to be recharged after that).

There's music in the air .......
Very handy for violin and iPhone music performances in small venues. Volume control on transmitter useful during performance.
