Srihome WiFi 1080p FHD 3MP 360° Viewing Area Security Camera

Was planning to install CCTV camera for my home. Bought this Srihome SH020 because of 360° viewing angle, with auto tracking support.- Pretty impressed with the overall camera features at the given price range. Price is comparatively less than others cams, with almost same features.- Cam package came with good packaging, ensuring that product is safe. So there was no issue in it. Package came with Screw accessories bag & wall mounting stand. So, we can place it at appropriate location.There's QR code at bottom, after app installation, we have scan QR code for connecting it to app. It can be connected wirelessly.It has Resolution of 2.0MP which can record in Full HD 1920 x 1080 (1080P).Two way audio tracking: it's microphone records audio with clear quality with noise cancellation, so we hear voice clearly on Srihome app, also it has inbuilt speaker, which does it's job perfectly, so even if we are not nearby home/town, we can communicate or send voice through app. It's really useful, if you are in office, you can directly communicate with your kids/ Monitor your kids, if they are alone.- We can insert SD card, which supports maximum Upto 128 GB size, which more than enough, even incase of heavy usage.AUTO TRACKING: One of the best feature of this CCTV camera is Auto tracking, just enable this option from settings, so whenever there's any abnormal movement, camera tracks it correctly, & rotate by itself, we don't have to manually move it,as it supports 360° rotation. So, it ensures full security.Night vision: It has InfraRed LED's, which is very useful for night vision, even in complete dark it recorded & worked as I expected.When we turn on motion detection, then in appropriate conditions, it sends email alerts or message through app notification.- In app, we can add more visitors after some authorization, so they can also watch. This feature is useful in multi user case. At max, it supports 5 people viewing the same camera.Only one con is it doesn't support 5 Ghz WiFi frequency. But that's not big issue as 2.4 Ghz is widely supported for all devices.Apart from it, it's great product at price range of 2k with support of Auto Tracking.

Everything is fine everything is good buy this product I am facing a problem after one year and that is speaker problem but after visit a local mechanic hi solve my problem in only 20 rupees. There is no rocket science in this camera not in hardware not in software. Easy to use easy to install easy to understand.

Hello Friends,I have using and testing this device for 2 months now.I can say that Srihome SH020 Pan/Tilt Wireless WiFi 3MP Ultra HD 1296p at 1775 INR is a wonderful deal.It amazes me to see how this little device at the following price could give such a wonderful service.I am not in INDIA, so bought this for my parents.I was able to configure this with the help of My mother who is in her late 50's through watsapp video call.(Thats a different story though.)As my mother who has barely any knowledge of electronic gadget and only knows how to use Watsapp, I was able to configure its software in 3 mobiles. (Though it took around 2.5 - 3 hours).Considering a person with 0 experience with electronics gadget was able to configure it, I can come to a conclusion that it is one of the easiest configurable CCTV camera's available online.PRO's:- It gives nice quality picture in HD and SD- It has 2 way voice communication system (Though if a person is more than 8-9 feet away it becomes hard for you to understand), where as the person on the side of the CCTV camera needs to be atleast 2 feet away to listen what we say through our mobile software to CCTV.- NIght vision is really good.- Notification system is simply amazing, I keep getting notifications on my mobile instantly as soon as any motion is detected.- Humaniod detection is really cool. (For the first few weeks I irritated my father a lot, as it kept always facing him.)Note: I had already told my mother that due to humaniod detected it will keep facing you if you move. Which is why my mother didnt react.- Video archive is good and stores video and can be easily accessed within the Srihome software. Same goes with Screenshots.- It easily reconnects back to the internet if it internet goes offline and then get back.- Easy method to add other users. Though, this would need a little more intelligence and practice for the people who even has a good grasp of electronic gadgets.CONs:- RIght from the first day, I see a vertical line dispalyed on my screen. Seems the camera had this fault from manufacturing.- I see that it keeps going offline quite often. THough, I happen to believe this could be due to my internet connection.- You cannot share videos or screenshots. Only way is to remove memory card put in computer and then export.Rest functioning is all good.Conclusion: GO FOR IT.
