Great product!
I am so happy with this headset. I was easily able to pair my Samsung S4 with it (it pretty much did it for me), and then I also paired my iPad. Now I can listen to music or podcasts or audible books, and when a call comes in I just have to say "answer" and I get the call. I do have to pause my book, but it works seamlessly. The sound is great, and I could hear easily even in my car (that is very loud). The volume is super easy to use. I am realy pleased with the headset, and would highly recommend it. I did have a traditional bluetooth headset in one ear and my iPad earbud in the other ear - this is so much easier. And I can even put my ipad away in my purse, and walk along listening to the music from it. Love this headset!

Great sounding headset, short life cycle.
Great headset, While it worked. After 6 months the arm that opens, which turns unit on failed, just says powering up connected, over and over again.

Great product and battery life--but if you wear glasses...
UPDATE: April 24, 2015 (about a year later). Functionally this Jabra Motion UC Bluetooth headset still works. The connection is good with iPad, iPhone, and Android. It has never "fit" in my ear. The internal ear piece is about double the size of any earpiece/headphone inner ear part I've ever used--it's FAT, even when using the smallest rubber outer cover--it won't matter. The thing the rubber outer cover goes over is just too big to fit in an ear.. I've always just let it sit outside the ear and so the Jabra almost always wants to fall off (because the part that goes behind the ear is huge (FAT) also, as I mentioned in my first review. It would be much better to design the Jabra so that it is taller (it seems they can't make it smaller behind the ear). Even if it stuck up behind the ear it would then be narrower and fit behind the ear. I guess I want to much; to have a good head set that also fits the human head. About a week ago the top piece, black rubber outer sleeve came completely loose. The glue stains inside were obvious and the glue lasted about a year. I super glued it back on. About a month or so ago the cool looking stainless steel mesh microphone cover came off. When it's on it looks durable and good of course. But once it fell off it was so flimsy I couldn't figure out a way to reattach it over the microphone. So now my microphone is bare and exposed. I'm careful about my tech things. I really take care of them. But with normal wear and tear of careful use many times each day, this headset has lasted a year now. So if I divide the cost by 12 months I get my rental rate for the device. $ 128 / 12 months = $ 10.67 per month cost of use. In truth I still use it but that was the estimate for it's cost of use. That aside I believe I got more than $ 10 a month value out of the device. And I still do. It's too bad companies won't make expensive devices like this better, more durable, better fitting, etc. ORIGINAL REVIEW This Jabra is a really good product and the battery life is simply stunning compared to others that sometimes need a second charge each day. Do you wear glasses? Well, put this Jabra on first and then your glasses. This is a fat (wide) Jabra on the ear. If it were designed thinner for the ear, on top, then I'd give it five stars. But the designers apparently don't wear glasses.

Clear and long lasting
After my last headset started making me sound like a robot, I decided to upgrade. Love these. My work conference calls are crisp, and my clients can hear me well. I have noticed static if I donโt have my head turned a little so the earpiece is closer to my laptop, but it hasnโt been a problem really. I can still walk around without issue. Havenโt tested the distance, but donโt need to as usually Iโm presenting on my computer when Iโm talking. Easy to set up as well. Recognized my computer immediately upon turning on. Battery has lasted a decent amount of time. At least 5 hours talk time, and recharges quickly.

Unreliable connectivity, static over long calls, and limited app functionality.
There is a serious issue about this headset disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. Many other users have complained about this in their reviews. I am very displeased with this product. While it is comfortable, easy to connect and use, and has a long battery life, it's very unreliable. Connection with the mobile keeps dropping and reconnecting, mobile sounds are randomly relayed over the headset or the mobile's speaker, and its mobile app leaves a lot more to be desired. Many users spoke about its strengths that I summarized above, so I'll get down to the negatives. For whatever reason the headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting with the mobile. The mobile would be just sitting there doing nothing and the headset would disconnect and then reconnects. The problem is that once it reconnects then notification sounds are not relayed through the headset anymore. I was unable to find a solution to this problem. I have used other BT headsets with the same iPhone and haven't encountered anything even remotely similar to this problem. After a while it begins to really sour your mood to just keep hearing in your ear every 2 minutes "Mobile is disconnected", then 2 seconds later "mobile is connected". Another issue I have is quality. After being on a call for 10 minutes sometimes loud static starts crackling, and it goes away if I switch the sound to the phone's speaker and back to the headset. This happens so frequently that I've come to expect it on every long call. Finally, the mobile app doesn't seem to have the ability to update the headset's software, nor does it allow me to change its voice command functionality. I have been an avid user of Jabra BT headsets since early 2000's and have developed blind faith in the quality of their products. I am surprised and disappointed at such poor quality of this product.

Mediocre not great on 2 phones at same time,
If you use a single phone, I would say this is an excellent buy. If you are looking for a great headset for two phones, I'd not recommend a Jabra. They are excellent headsets, but in dual phone mode, they have very annoying idiosynchrocies other manufacturers do not. If you turn off phone #1, phone #2 will NOT become phone #2 and that means no hands free except for answering the phone. You must turn off and back on the headset to correct the issue. This is ALL Jabra headsets. other manufacturers do a much better job. Answering phone 2 was more difficult than phone 1. This is Bluetooth 4 which p. , when connected to a Bluetooth 4 phone means lower standby power consumption. I found no difference in power consumption on a Bluetooth 4 or Bluetooth 3 phone. In fact probably LESS power life. Jabra tech support sheepishly said this can sometimes happen. I gave the headset to a friend looking for his first headset and with a single phone. I went bs k to my competitor's headset for my two phones. Oh and forget end noise; it does a horrible job handling it, contrary to claims.

I love this earpiece!!!
I have had this product for just 2 days now but I am awed by the quality of the audio. Call clarity is amazing. I don't have to push it deep into my ear to hear clearly. Background noise is not even an issue. I make and take a lot of calls and I have not had any complaint about clarity on the other end. I use it to listen to music and videos on my phone and sound quality is awesome. The touch sensitive volume control is soo cool. I think the battery life is also great. I haven't charged it for 2 days now And amazon is amazing with fast delivery.

Love This Product (Fully Mac Compatible)
Can't say enough good things about this Jabra product. Its also fully Mac compatible and can be used with FaceTime, Skype, or as a normal computer input/output using the UC USB adapter. Good audio quality. The only hang up would be if you wear glasses, they sit a little funny on your ear.
