This is by far the best bottle I have used for supplement intake. The supplement compartment in the cap holds one large scoop which is more than enough. When closed the compartment is watertight so it doesn't allow water to leak in. You can use it for water while you're working out and when ready just press the button on the cap and in goes the powder. Everything mixes really well so no clumps. The only problem that I see with this cup is that it's somewhat difficult to get the protein powder into the compartment without wasting a little here and there. I'll usually use a small spoon to scoop the supplement into the cap. But honestly not enough to not give it a 5 star review. Highly recommended!!

Great product, very well made.Pros: Very well made, BPA free. Easy to use, top shelf dishwasher safe.Cons: Only 20oz. If you are using this at the gym for water you will need to fill it a couple of times while you are there.While holding powder I havent noticed any leakage at all. Just make sure you dont insert the ball to far, if done the button will not be able to press the ball out.

This is the best shaker out there! It is perfect if you like mixing your supplements and are on the go (Ex: half a scoop of C4 and half a scoop HD). I'm a college student and I like to workout immediately after or before my classes so this works great, and I don't have to carry multiple bottles or little bags of powder. Very convenient and durable. However, the top where you drink out of takes a little getting used to but once you have that down you're good to go.

Its a great bottle but i was very disappointed when i opened my new bottlr because the part of the bottle that pushes the agitator into the bottle was quite bent. I also ordered one for my brother at the same time and his was perfectly centered. This made it quite difficult to seal in my supplements in the cap because in order to close it i would have to apply a lot of pressure to move that rod back to the center as i pushed my agitator into place.

I bought this for my wife a few weeks ago because she is in the gym 4-5 days a week and likes to add her pre and post workout additives and carrying around different containers of powder is annoying. While this bottle is a great idea this item is flawed. Sometimes the little stopper falls out even if you push it in hard and at other times the stopper doesn't drop when you press the red button so the powder doesn't drop. She has had to open the bottle up and loosen the stopper manually instead of how the bottle is designed which defeats the entire purpose.Lastly I'm not sure if it is just hers but this bottle leaks like crazy! If it lays on its side or is jostled in any way during a workout; it leaks all over the place. It leaks through the red button on the top and through where you screw the top on. It makes a big mess no matter if she fills it up with water half way or all the way. I would not recommend this item because it is not functional for its main purpose which is to be used at the gym. It's also very expensive for how not-great it is which is very disappointing. It's cool looking but not functional, the design needs to be fixed.

While I love the design of the bottle, I have to admit the quality of the bottle is disappointing.First one I got had a hairline crack near the bottom, would leak water and protein/bcaa would get wet.Second one I got, still leaked and water still got into the supplement chamber.I have learned to leave the bottle upright at all times, outside of drinking from it of course.For the money, I would not recommend this to anyone. A normal shaker will do.

I've only had this shaker cup for about a week so I don't have a lot of time in with it yet. I will say it seems well constructed. It didn't have any weird smells or taste when I got it. So far my shakes have all come out good with no clumping at all. I do wish the powder area was a little bigger. If you use a protein with a big scoop you may have issues getting a full serving in it. I use Gold Standard 100% Whey and it fits just fine. I can also fit in a half serving of my aminos and creatine but that's pushing its capacity. I use that for my mid/post workout drink. I have kept it in my gym bag with no leaking issues at all.If I had to criticize anything it would be the button is very stiff. It takes 2 hands to opperate. One just to hold the cup and another to jam your finger down, and I'm fairly strong man. On the other hand this may keep it from accidently getting pressed in your gym bag making that actually a good thing.

Fantastic item! Very cool and handy. I gave it to my boyfriend as a gift and he loves it. It encourages him to drink more water throughout the day. Also the bottle acts like a container for his protein powder so whenever he goes to the gym outside his normal routine he is ready and prepared.Only minor thing is that the drinking hole is a bit far away, so he dribbles a bit..
