Slumber Solutions 12-inch Gel Memory Foam Choose Your Comfort Mattress Firm Queen

First 2 weeks were a nightmare as my back hurt.. but I read endless memory foam mattress reviews and slumber solution reviews and everyone says you gotta adjust to it.. give it about a month and see if you adjust to it.. I'm extremely impatient.. BUT I decided to wait it out and its been 3 weeks.. this last week has been quite comfortable as I believe I've adjusted to it. I have a pillow top topper I can use if I feel the need.. but have NOT tried it on the mattress yet as I wanted to adjust to it.. I got the plush because I weigh between 150lbs - 160lbs on average.. not too heavy and I'm not super tall..If you're having back pains.. take some tylenol and move on. Unless it's too much pain for you. Its was more annoying than anything honestly.I also took a pic of the logo on the mattress because I saw reviews on other sites saying they ordered a SLUMBER SOLUTIONS mattress yet it had no name or logo on it.My overall review for now is it's not too bad as of the 3 week mark. If anything changes where it's more comfortable or gets uncomfortable...I will simply update this review!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this mattress! This is the 3rd one I've purchased for 3 different locations. We've purchased the plush option and are NOT disappointed. Why pay 3x the price for the same thing that's not purple?? Anyone? Arrrives in a box like the Purple one and feels like the Purple One when you lay on it! Face it: you can love white/grey -- and not purple, when paying so much less for the same quality, same delivery convenience, and the same comfort for 3x less... thank you!

I got 14" in the same kind three years ago. It turned out to be pretty good. So I got this in 12" this time since it's hard to find sheets that are good for 14".

I regret buying the medium firm because it's too "mushy" for my liking. So many reviewers mentioned it may be too firm but I guess it depends on what your definition is. To me, at 200 lbs, I don't like sinking in 5 inches. Not only is it not comfortable for me, but it's SO HOT!! I'm boiling at night. I tried so many toppers already, cotton blankets, etc. and nothing is keeping me cool. My AC is blasted low and still. The foam toasts you. I'm going to try a wool blanket under my sheet as I read that wool wicks away heat. Will see. I wish I could just return the mattress but it's just not doable. The thing, once expanded is very heavy (heavier than a normal mattress) and unpack-able. C'est la vie. :(
