Problems with return postage
The shoes are well made but the wrong shape for my feet.Return arrangements weren't clear and so I sent them back to Germany with customs forms etc by Royal mail with tracking and insurance - a cool £17-75!!The original advert said that returns were free and so I expected the return postage to be repaid. It hasn't been.The shoes came to me easily enough but unless you're practised with international postages I would advise you to steer clear of international returns.

Fake goods?
When I first put the shoes on and tied the laces the top right lace loop on the right shoe broke open! It had only been glued and not stitched.Sending them back seemd so complicated that I have kept them, habving taken them to the shoe menders and got them stitched at a cost of £6.50.These are not a cheap product and should be perfect.It seems to me that they may have either been fake goods or seconds.
