Picture shows spout, actual product doesn't have one
The product is good. However, the visual showed that the milkpan had a spout. Even the carton had the same picture but the actual product was without the spout. This seemed like a letdown as I had ordered this product because of the spout.

Highly disappointed so replaced
So many spots and scratches. It seems that used one. Must replaced by a brand new one as it is so expensive. I do not deserve this kind of cheating.

Vinod saucepan
It's really a good one. Quite strong, a bit heavy but it's ok. It's layered and it's good. Big one, and holds the amount of food or beverage well. And the handle, though of metal, it doesn't get heated. It's great and should be bought in every household

Good product but has no spout as advertised.
I’ve not yet used the pan but I have other Vinod cookware and I trust the brand. Only fault here is that the ad and packaging show a spout on the pan. But the actual product has no spout.
