No pill or vitamin will ever be easy to swallow for me personally but the flavor isn’t bad at all! I have started taking this other supplements and have definitely noticed a difference in my mood. I am unconvinced of any health benefits from taking these, but they certainly satisfy my desire to have a glowing goldenrod stream with a pungent aroma that stings the nostrils.

These are the BEST Bs
