ARK's Krypto-Bite Chewable Gem Necklace Chew Jewelry (Soft, Red)

This is the second chewable jewelry I've purchased from ARK and I wouldn't purchase from anyone else. Great quality and durable

My four year old loved the chew pendant but hated the way the cheap, plastic cord felt around his neck...which is pretty typical for children with sensory issues. I would have gladly paid more for a softer, cotton cord with maybe a shoelace type of weave. As it is now, I'm shopping around for "comfort lanyards" with breakaway clasps (for safety) and hoping that will work.

I placed this in my 9 year old son's Sensory Kit and he absolutely loves it! I added it because he is constantly getting nervous and eating napkins or biting on the plastic on the game controllers not realizing what he is doing. He now constantly keeps this around his neck while at home and when out keeps it in his pack in case he feels the need to refocus!

My son had a more dense "shark tooth" but needed something softer for his front teeth. This company is in the USA and this was a great price - has held up to my little chomped - and doesn't look silly, looks like a crystal. This company sells many versions/shapes and a variety of densities.

This is a really thoughtfully designed product. We had previously purchased another chewable necklace for my son who has sensory and anxiety issues, but we had problems with him stuffing the whole necklace into his mouth to get back to his molars. The long slender shape of this one is perfect to get back to his molars without making a big slobbery mess. It also looks cool and not obviously like a chew necklace. So far so good.

Bought this for my 4 year old who chews up his shirts like he's a puppy. He was very excited about it at first and it held up well to his chewing. Now he uses it occasionally because he chews a lot less.
