ORE International 31140F Rattan Floor Lamp

This lamp looks just as I expected, except for the height. I should have known it would look too short for the room, but measuring ahead didn't help. I put it on a small stand, instead of returning it, which is a little bit of a tacky move, I realize. I liked the look of the lamp otherwise, so I kept it.

Kind of expensive. Saw it at “At Home” for $80

It's a really nice light, and it gives a beautiful glow to the room. I'm using it in my dining room to add a bit of a tropical flavor and to help light up a dark corner. I really love the way it looks. The base of the lamp is very heavy and I like the floor switch that turns it on. I would highly recommend this lamp for anyone looking for a beachy, tropical light to add a soft hue to their room.

This light looks fantastic! Of course it's not a light for reading, yet it lights up a dark corner with class. The slats are more like knobby twigs which give this a nice texture added to your decor. It seems to be made well. The shade looks white in daylight with the light off and at night is amber when the light shines through it. Perfect for my low light needs. I agree with prior review.. looks much better in person.

Just got this lamp today and it exceeded our expectations! As others have said, the picture on Amazon doesn't do it justice. We put the lamp in the corner of a seating area in the bedroom and wanted nice soft lighting. I've included a picture to show you just how nice it looks when it's on!

the quality if the welding on the frame was sub standard. I had to use a local handy man to spot weld the internal ribs to the frame.

This lamp is so beautiful. I agree with the other reviews-the photo doesn't do this lamp justice. I'm glad I read their reviews and bought it. It warms up a dark corner I had in my living room. The base and shade are sturdy. It was well packaged and easy to put together. I can highly recommend this lamp.
