I finally decided to take arnica to prevent bruising prior to getting my face injections. I’m a heavy bruiser and ALWAYS bruise after getting them. Was recommended to me by someone at work. I had oral surgery 5 days ago. I suffer from fibromyalgia amongst other pain related issues so I’m constantly looking for other remedies instead of prescription pain medication. Since I have started using this product I must say I’m very happy. It has brought my pain level to a bit of a control where I can move around. I’ve had my tonsils removed and liposuction this year. I took these pills a couple days before my surgery. It definitely helps with the recovery.
