Have not experienced any obvious stomach upset
Have been using this with Nattokinase and Turmeric to help relieve spike protein symptoms. I have not experienced any obvious stomach problems using this product. I just hope it's doing what it needs to to get this protein out of my body. I gave it four stars because who the heck knows if the stuff is really working.

I prefer tablets for bromelain so I can snap them in half and divide the dose. This is the first bromelain product I've bought that has a strong pineapple smell to it which probably means nothing, but I prefer it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am prone to inflammation and this stuff works great. I have been using this for years and my helth care provider approves. I take this as part of my supplement routine
