No UK power lead. No very short hair trimmer.
Supplied power lead was for US sockets. No UK 3-pin plug lead. Lucky I have one from an old Phillips trimmer that this replaces but really should not be sold in UK with this missing. No very short hair trimmer - was hoping for as short as 1mm. Will have to use a beard trimmer on hair. Should work but is narrower than hair trimmers so will take much longer. Overall very disappointed. The old Phillips one it replaces was very much cheaper and better. It finally gave up after >10 year excellent service else I would have stuck with it.

Not refundable. Not fully washable!!! False advertised
Don't waste your time it's a false advertising . As you can see 3 different tagged names. Not sure if I received the product I paid for which is not refundable even after calling Amazon. I so disappointed to see that Amazon let those sellers steal their customers...

Only for use in the U.S.A.
The one star is due to the seller's misleading information. The shaver looks good but wont know as can't plug it in. Had read the reviews for this on other sites and thought it would be good for a present. So I looked for it on amazon.co.uk and found this supplier. The supplier even said they could not shop outside mainland U.K. so assumed the product would be usable in the U.K. But no, it's for the American Market with an American shaver adapter plug. Consumer Protection Against Unfair Trading Regulations stipulate that a seller must make any buyer aware of information which could affect their decision to purchase. Not being able to plug an electrical product in will definitely affect a buyer's decision.
