Glue looks to be strong, but flies can sit and fly off...Glues are attached and when separate them, looks like they're not having enough glue to have flies caught on them ...

Insects & flies are getting attracted to the pad but flies are not getting stuck to the pad , may they need some improvement in this aspect

Up to the mark
I am an entomologist and using these traps for mango leafhoppers. Got satisfactory results. Also found fruit flies trapped on it.
