Initial impressions were good but after using it for 4-5 months the straps started to tear from multiple places. I was using this as my office backpack so only thing i used to keep were my laptop and water bottle.

Great product, small size back pack, for laptop, small tiffin and bottle, but pocket count is plus point of this item, Fabric is hard and good quality, zip quality is fine, If you need more space then choose big size. ok
