These are great boots. Confortable, warm, durable, and they have been great for walking outside in rain, mud, snow and trails.

I am on my 4th pair working in the mining and quarrying industry. Great pair of comfortable, lightweight boots and since it has a composite toe instead of steel my toes don’t freeze all day long in the winter. At the end of a long and grueling day just unzip them and slide them right off. They retain their waterproof for months on end.

Quite possibly the most comfortable, durable work boots I have owned. I am an HVAC installer, having to crawl under homes the first part of my work boots that gets damaged is the toe. These boots have a really thick toe protector. And no signs of wear. I will purchase again.

I work in construction and give my boots all they can handle. I've had Ariats, Tims, Danners, Red Wings, Caterpillars, you name it, I've spent too much money on it. Four things I've come to require in a work boot: 1. Easy to put on and take off. These Pumas pass the test and after 8 months of use, the zipper still works perfectly. Maybe tied my shoes twice a month... maybe. 2. Rubber or something similar protecting the toe leather, always the first to go. The toe rubber has a couple of small chunks out, but overall held up. Not worn through after countless hours on my knees on concrete. 3. Waterproof. Have to admit I didn't spend a ton of time dunked in water, but every day walking through puddles, being rained on (Seattle), etc. never had water come into the boot. 4. Durability. This is the tough part. The leather held up, as did the toe, the laces, and the zipper. The tread has been worn out through the outer rubber in some places. Wish it was a bit sturdier and thicker, but I probably could have pushed it for another summer month or two. Traction did deteriorate over time. The major failure has been the inside material of the boot, in the achilles heel area the material has worn through, continued to rip, and the padding has fallen out, and as of today they are unwearable. They had a good run.I've definitely had boots that have lasted longer, but this boot checked enough of the other boxes that I've decided to run it back and buy one more pair. It's tough to find a side zip that is adequately comfortable, does everything I need, and has a zipper that holds up. If they invested in better quality materials on this boot it has the potential to be the king.

Puma workboots, who knew. These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever tried on, and I have been wearing workbooks since I was a kid. The toe box was surprisingly roomy, normally if I don't buy wide they don't fit but there is a lot of room in these. I was worried about size too since I usually wear 12.5 wide but the 12's fit perfectly. I also have high arches and these are extremely supportive. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the zipper does not loosen up the boot enough to slide it off, I still have to untie the laces. Definitely the most comfortable boot I have ever wore, only time will tell how tough they are however

This is the 2nd pair I ordered. They are comfortable, easy to take off, and the toe kick part does not wear out by dragging (crawling).

Order half size bigger if you use heavier socks in arctic conditions. Boots are warm but at 60 below all bots are inadequate except neos over the top of work boot. The ease of on and off is excellent with side zipper. I usually use danners, red wings, rangers and wolverines.

I've worn these for just over 300 working hours so far. The side zip functionality was the main selling point for me. This saves time when putting the boots on taking them off. The leather liner inside of the zipper gets snagged on the zipper quite a bit though, which kind of defeats the convenience of the zipper. The rubber sole is cheap and has already been damaged and had a chunk of material gouged away. I think the sole is only glued to the boot instead of stitched too, as you can kind of start seeing a little bit of a split between the two. The boot is still sealed and waterproof though but that's going to go away as soon as the glue fails. Despite those flaws, the boot is relatively comfortable and not entirely bad. It's easy to break in, relatively light weight, and my feet don't get soaked wearing them.I would only recommend them for really REALLY LIGHT DUTY type of work.

These are the best Safety boots I ever bought. Wore them to work straight out of the box knowing I wont feel any discomfort or blisters cos these are the second pair I have purchased over the years.. I did gamble a bit and bought them for my work at the airport. Toe cap itself is obviously metal-free, but there are some other, small metal elements that sometimes trigger detectors when I go via Heathrow security.Boots are comfy, but I had to change insoles after about 2 weeks. The original ones have some sort of pointless seam across and after a while it resuled in a minor blister.All-in-all great boots and a top quality leather.
