Performance is good but different from our original filters. Have to see how long these last and keep checking for any debris.

Works great and lowered my hard water level. Nice to be able to drink right from the faucet. Skin feels softer after a shower.

I checked the videos on line and many are leaving out 1 step. The Nuvo H20 video says after replacing the cartridges let them sit for 1 hour to let the taste (citrus - white) cartridge crystalize inside. Then open the filter valves. It’s worked for me, no blue water as some have complained about. My shower doors and faucets have slowly had the hard water spots dissolve. - I’m on city water and more concerned about the chemicals they use and what may be in the ground water.

7 months into this system and I’m going back to a regular salt based softener. The system appeared to be acceptable the first 3 months. But after that the hard built up on plumbing and dishes came back. I decided to replace the gilt before the 6 month mark, around 5 months. One month into the new filter the buildup has barely decrease. This is not a water softener. It is a filter that does nothing to improve your water. What is the point of such ridiculous product.It is all made out of plastic making the filter replacement a challenge that can permanently damage the screws at the top. I’m not sure the next filter change will be possible… plus it would appear that in my case I would have to change the filters every 3 months to barely prevent buildup and residue on dishwasher and plumbing.DO NOT BUY THIS. This company should be ashamed of selling this crap.

Straight from the maker but was able to get them through Afterpay which is why I got them through Amazon. Easier for me to purchase them in this economy.& to be able to keep my system filtered.

The plastic fittings are a real problem for leaks and breakage.

This is an easy install. If you are looking for soft water but don’t want to mess with the salt you need this

Installed July 29th and the first thing we noticed was the water quality! Perfect! 2nd we noticed that our hot water is much hotter that it used to be and doesn’t take long for hot water to come from faucets like it did before. Must be because the heating element in the water heater doesn’t have the build up from our old salt softener.The water doesn’t seem hard at all and no drying of the skin.I can’t comment yet about the build up on faucets since it’s only been about 30 days. So far VERY pleased with this purchase.
