The Perfect Massage Balls to Make you Forget about all of Life's Aches and Pains!
Those of you that may be familiar with me, Easy E, know that I'm straight outta DC (suburbs). Living life in the 'burbs is tough but thanks to my Uncle Phil it hasn't been very physically taxing. All that changed when I moved to the country! No longer could I sit back in my lounge chair and watch the HOA cut my lawn and trim my hedges. Nope, now the challenge would be on me!I've adjusted to life in the country pretty quickly but my muscles have not. At first I was going to the local massage parlor but at $95/hour and a mixup about what was included with my massage I knew I needed to find an alternative, fast!During my search for a replacement I was fortunate enough to come across these Platinum Pro Sports massage balls! Don't be confused with the competitor massage balls, these are the real deal! Unlike some of the others I tried which ended up being nothing more than brightly colored lacrosse balls, these really do the trick! Using these I'm able to pinpoint key trigger areas of my pain that have caused me stress and soreness that stretched throughout my entire body!I'm so thankful I found these when I did. For less than the cost of a 15-minute massage session I can finally relax knowing that my aches and pains are on their way out!If you need a cost effective way to ease the aches and pains of life, give these balls a chance! And when people ask how you finally found a way to relax and enjoy life's simple pleasures, remember to tell them that Easy E sent ya!

Perfect for soothing sore feet!
I'm a running and yoga addict. I find myself consistently dealing with stiff and sore arch muscles from the repetitive motion of running (typical of runners with fairly high arches.) This stiffness is the worst during the first month of running season and the impact is felt most when I'm doing standing poses during yoga. Warrior 3s and other one legged poses really amplify the stiffness and lack of foot flexibility that running introduces to my body! Standing and balancing on one foot for more than a few seconds becomes painful.I've found relief rolling my foot on tennis balls after a long run. "Mandala The Yoga Massage Ball" takes the relief quite a few steps further. They have much less give than a tennis ball, so you get the effect of a deep tissue massage and it's easy to regulate the amount of pressure and the location of the pressure under my feet. The end result? After incorporating the use of the Mandala balls during my post-run stretching, my feet feel a great deal less stiff during my yoga routines! I still feel some stiffness, especially after super long distance runs, but the use of this product has gone a long way toward alleviating the issue. One other sidenote: using tennis balls under my feet after every run also had a very undesirable effect - super stinky and sweaty tennis balls. The Mandala balls don't appear to absorb any odor and they're super easy to clean and dry. Given how much my feet sweat, this is a nice side benefit. :-)

Ok, but better in a set with other sizes
Not the best value, we opted for a complete set instead

They work and are very good quality!
They work. I have converted to a standing desk and have been almost exclusively standing for the past 2.5 months. I am really enjoying standing most of the day, but noticed that I was having a deep hip ache after sleeping. It had gotten to the point where I was seeking out massage therapy. Well, I found these massage balls and thought I would give them a try first. I am not against massage, but wanted something I could do myself and that would fit into my busy lifestyle. I am truly pleased with this purchase and recommend to anyone else who may be suffering with knots and tension. I will sometimes put my weight against the ball and lean against the wall to get to some spots on my back and that may well work for you also. Don't expect to not have any feeling of bruising or tenderness afterwards. You will have this, but give it a few days and work on those sore spots again. I have been able to sleep better and wake up without a deep ache in my hips which makes me happy and able to remain standing which is better for you anyway.

Necessary Pain Relief for Bodybuilding / Muscle Pain
I do a lot of bodybuilding-style weight training, and I've accumulated several injuries over the years. Namely: my lower back is pretty messed up, and is often sore / in pain.I already do a lot of stretching and foam-rolling after working out, which has helped a lot, but after trying these massage balls -- I'm never going back to the foam roller again. These things are small, hard, and fit into places a foam roller won't go. For me, what I do specifically is wedge it under my glutes and roll it around until I find a very painful spot, then just sit down on it HARD for about 3 minutes straight, trying to relax the muscle as much as possible. It hurts really REALLY bad (nothing that's good for you ever feels good), but dramatically loosens up my lower back and helps relieve pain afterwards.I'd highly recommend that if you have any sort of muscle pain, you give this thing a try. It's going to hurt, but stick with it. After even a single session I was feeling quite a bit better.

Nice quality massage balls
I really like these massage balls. They're much better than using tennis balls. I just wish they were a little less firm. I have chronic neck & shoulder pain & I tried using them while laying on my yoga mat & I couldn't handle it. I've had some deep tissue massages before & this was way more intense. So the only way I can use them is standing up against a wall & it's kind of tricky to do that without dropping them. They do what they're intended to do though & I did feel some relief. I just think it would be better if they offered some slightly softer ones too. It would also be nice if they came with some information on different uses instead of having to go to their website. They seem like a great company though & were great about emailing me when they shipped & then later to make sure I got them.

Rock hard, has no give.
It's a massage peanut. I was absolutely not expecting it to be almost as hard as a rock. A little more give to the material would be much more effective as a massage tool.
